1. The room was very small we could not move freely inside it 2. No house cleaning service provided for our whole stay 3. No water or tea refill in the rooms 4. As we arrived late in night. The street is dark in the night but the neighborhood is very safe.

- The room was not cleaned during the entire stay (so for one week) and even when I moved in it was not really clean - Breakfast was uninspiring - Even though the hotel is new there seems to be quite a lot of small, yet annoying technical issues (air conditioning getting suddenly very loud, problems with lifts, keycard or flush) but perhaps I was just unlucky

- Perfect location very close to the main square but in a calm street - Kind and helpful staff - Nice terrace which is not so obvious in hotels in Trabzon city centre - Good size of the room and bed for the price paid

We could really use some plates or bowls and spoons/forks, but there weren't any in the room. You can probably get them at the reception, but we came quite late and decided not to bother. But that's just a minor thing, in general, everything was great.

The location is very central, and everything you may need is close to the hotel. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The receptionist was friendly, and we checked in very quickly. There were a couple bottles of water waiting for us, two cups, and some tea bags, which was really thoughtful.

Not enough blankets in the room for cold weather so we turned up the heating (which was a bit loud !).

Convenient hotel for exploring Trabzon. Well sited around the corner from the main square. Lovely view from the balcony across the water and the city. Very good value.

The hotel is new and clean, location is awesome! Stuff was so friendly and polite. Breakfast is fine. Only one thing that disappointed me was housekeeping service. They didn't came in rooms for cleaning and didn't change anything, even bed sheets and towels. We asked a meneger for housekeeping service and they just changed our bed sheets in 5 minutes and gone. We were there for one week and no one cleaned our room and that is so awful. I think its kinda sad, when hotel is so nice, stuff and maneger also are great, rooms and decorations are so beautiful and this one thing just can change everything , especially when you're there for 7 days. I hope they will figured it out and foreseeing this to solve the problem. All in all i'm thankful for everyone at this hotel, esepcially meneger Ali. I hope everithing will be changed for a better. ♥️

Hôtel have the perfect location, in the center of city very interesting place to visit nearby, the stuff was so cool hotel is new and clean very nice rooms, my stay was perfect, very good plan especially for that value, i strongly advise travellers to stay in.

The receptionist is very impatient. First, I was given a key card which was not working, after request multiple time, the receiptionist give me another room. The safer in the room is also not working. There is only a sheet for the bed. After request a quilt, he gave me a blanket. Traveling in Turkey for more than 20 days, and stayed in 9 hotels, this is only hotel that didn't provide a quilt or comforter. There's no room cleaning and there's no bottle water. The breakfast is also mediocre.

Our stay at this hotel fell short of expectations. We booked a "seaview room," but the promised view was blocked by construction, leaving just a sliver of sea in the distance. The room itself is tiny and lacked space to move around comfortably. Upon arrival, we found the bed covered in fake rose petals and dry flowers. It seemed cute at first, but the flowers left a mess of crunchy bits and stains all over. The room's renovation was poorly done, with visible signs of neglect and dirty stains on the tap. The bathroom was missing towel hooks (not even one!), and the towels themselves looked worn out. There were no warm blankets, just thin sheets that didn't keep us warm at night. To add insult to injury, I discovered someone's leftover food in the fridge, a clear indication of disregard for cleanliness and hygiene standards. The breakfast was served (not buffet-style), the offerings were poor, and coffee was utterly disgusting.

Location is okay. The area is quet and there is no street noise. There's a couple of supermarkets and other essentials close to the hotel.

The shower's drain was clogged (we had to wait up to 10 minutes until another person could takr a shower). The room is same as on photo but looks smaller in real life. The third bed is a folding bed (although our did like it). There were awful noises from the ventilation, especially when turning on heating. The double bed had a hard mattress. Even though we booked the room for 3 persons we were provided only with 2 body towels. There were no handles for towels anywhere. Also after walking around the floor the socks were coming darker like it was not as clean as expected.
