we didn't like the crowds at breakfast and dinner, if you came a little later, you didn't get a table, definitely not enough staff for such a large dining room, because they didn't manage to clean it up

the resort is nicely decorated, new and clean. the staff is always friendly and polite. a great choice for a holiday with friends or children. the location is great, a 5-minute walk from the resort to the beach and about 10 minutes by car to the center of Alanya

Some staff members thought it's okay to laugh at my sister's and stuff behind their backs. No idea what they found funny. But found that quite rude

The beach was not good though.very deep and the current was really strong.plus the stray dogs made us really uncomfortable. Not all the staff speak English. The day i checked in the girl was telling me that i might have booked the other hotel while payment was made before and i knew what i chosen and where it is . The size of the aqua park was small a bit and open for just 2 slots of 2 hours so it gets really packed and not very safe .

The hotel was beautiful swimming pools of a great size plus the aqua park .the food was great and varied we actually loved it.staff were nice and friendly and the animation team did fantastic job .location was ok as in a small town 15 mins drive to the central Alanya.we really enjoyed our stay and we will defo come back .

Shower design in the suite is very weird as it lacks total isolation and water can easily get outside to the suite hallway. Get ready to be woken up every day at 5 AM by a mosque service.

Location is quite good with a market street nearby. Food served is very diverse and good quality with each position labeled in 4 languages (Turkish, English, German and Russian). Very solid Wi-Fi connection not only in the room but outside as well, including pool zone and even a beach.

We want to thank all the guys (male), who are working in this hotel (pool bar near the main pool, restaurant staff), and very pleasant Turkish guy on reception. They are all so great and very helpful:)) But we were really disappointed about attitude from the reception girl (Slavic girl), who was working during our check in 24-10 and check out 29-01. Even she spoke our language she was not able to tell us the things we wanted to know about the hotel (even such basic things that we can use the towels and pool on the day of arrival). Her attitude made our stay not some comfortable as it was able to be. Thanks to Turkish receptionist who helped us on the day of departure:) He made our day :)) and another thing which is not so important, but it was surpising, that the wine in this hotel is not drinkable at all. we have been to a lot of different countries and Turkey as well, but didn’t meet such bad quality, we really suggest to consider about changing the wine suppiers)

This hotel is located near Oba (it’s about 3-4 from Alanya city centre). We visited Alanya some evenings and it costs about 5€/one way by taxi. Near the hotel there are some shopping streets also, but most of them are located in the Alanya’ center. The hotel was renovated some time ago, so the rooms are in a very good condition. We booked a deluxe room, which included bedroom and living room. Everything inside is quite new and we didn’t have any problems (the beds are very comfortable and there was different sizes pillows, which was very good:). Cleaning was ok. We didn’t pay for the sea view, so we have got a room with a football field view 👌 it was not a problem, because we didn’t spent much time inside, sea view costs some kind of 30 €/night. The food in main restaurant was delicious and we liked it. Hotel’s beach is very close, you can use it free of charge (and wi fi also) , but all the drinks and beverages on the beach are extra. All in all it was a good experience, except some on the issues which are mentioned below.

You gotta pay for certain drinks and for all consumption on the beach, but prices were fair. This is a family resort so its full of children all around, quite noisy at times so you gotta expect that on arrival

Excellent resort at a nice section of the beach and close to Alanya center/castle. Amazing view from the balcony, great food every day with lots of options. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can tell about a proper management job.

If we were to mention something than it would be the smoking in non-smoking zones, some did that unwillingly, but you can tell that some just don't care and will light a cigarette right beside where people are eating.

With the family of seven, the stay was made exceptionally pleasant for us. Starting with smaller issues like having more room cards and beach towels to bigger issues like transportation or medication supply, then the hotel staff had answers and quick fixes for everything. In the hotel area, there are a lot of activities and places to see, and the kids will not get bored. We would especially mention Nurullah and Bunyamin from the dining area for providing class A service, thank you guys! Thanks to that duo, dining and eating there was the best part of the day, we truly enjoyed it.

This is not a 5 star hotel, it’s 3 star. It cuts corners at every opportunity making the whole experience just awful. Argumentative staff, very poor quality and selection of food. No fresh juices as one would expect at a 5 star resort. Food is luke warm at best and not replenished. When pointed out to the head chef, he suggested I use the microwave to warm it up! Previous day’s food is warmed up and offered the next day. No concept of half board when every hotel around the world will offer half board as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Here they insist on breakfast and dinner which didn’t suit us as we were attending wedding parties every evening. I asked for an iron, they asked for €5! When I agreed to pay, they said we’d need to pay for it up front. You should have seen the rust on the ironing board which was probably older than me! Called at 11am for help with luggage as we were checking out and told there was no staff until midday so we made our own way out. Handed over the keys and not any eye contact or good-bye. There was no point asking us if we enjoyed our stay as we fed all of this back to them which they did nothing about. Absolutely shocking experience. A hotel to avoid at all costs.
