There was only an issue during our checkin where my friend had problems to login in 2 devices that she needed for work and the staff had some communication issue, but still were trying to help

The room was very good and clean, with service everyday, only the bed was a bit hard, but this depends on the person’s preferences, the breakfast was complete and tasty! The location perfect and the pool amazing.

Bed was rock solid - so uncomfortable Ice creams only from 4-5pm - would be lovely to have them all day 😉 You are opposite an Irish bar - which is extremely lively and plays music / singing / whistling until the early hours but nothing ear plugs can’t help

Location was good, lovely spa area definitely recommend the Turkish bath/massage/facial package for £35, nice pool area and outside bar, bedrooms good for what you pay for - always clean, friendly staff, nothing was amazing but it was all good for the price - food was good, even for vegetarian I got decent options! Would recommend all inclusive because it’s easier! one type of beer on tap but lots of cocktail options Lots of comments about towels on sunbeds and this is true, but they do have more than enough and big bean bags!

Very attentive staff, couldn't do enough for you. Lovely pool, adequate rooms, cleaned daily. Fair choice of food which was hot. Plenty of sunbeds, big soft comfy beanbags Nice and extensive list of cocktails available

We had to move rooms due to the noise of the pub opposite the hotel. This was handled very efficiently by the hotel receptionist. The gym equipment was not working: treadmill and exercise bikes.

Excellent staff. Food is good though not haute cuisine. Rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is clean and the temperature of the water was ideal for swimming. Wi Fi connection is excellent. I recommend the massage service offered in the Spa at a reasonable price.

There was not a chance to find a sun bed anyhow we went marmaris for the sea

Requested double bed but got a twin room and requested a quiet room but was given a room at end of the corridor that had a door adjoining our room to the room next door which resulted in it being very noisy but that may have been down to who was in that room

There could have been some more evening entertainment and also sun beds throughout the day - I felt we couldn’t really enjoy sunbathing by the pool and relaxing as we couldn’t get a sun lounger

We moved to this hotel from another due to issues with previous hotel and this hotel really did exceed and make our holiday so much better!

Fitness center is just absolutely nothing..broken barbell and few dumbbells..thredmill out of order..

Place is good every close by. Breakfast is perfect with variety of food. I ask double bed but they gave me twin beds. Even after promise to change they didn't even think to change untill I came to hotel in the evening after boat trip..lack of commitment for their business not healthier.

The pool area is small, which was fine but there wasn't many sun beds. Would spend most days at the beach because we was unable to get a bed.

The breakfast and dinner, which was included in my booking, was excellent. For those who like hustle and bustle the facility is well located. But the hotel itself was quite. But not least the wonderful, friendly and always smiling stuff, particularly Ms. Seda who always was helpful to make our stay confortable.

Two small complaints : The connection with hotel free wifi and quality was terrible. I bought internet from my provider for 5 days. And one more I will not comment the morning reservation system sunbed on the pool......it was ridiculus !!!

Very noisy at night as the hotel is on a main road also noisy guests that you can hear in the corridor and from the room next door all through the night. Almost impossible to get a Sun lounger unless you are up at 6am as they are all taken up and reserved by people using towels and bean bags whilst they go out for a few hours. No fault of the hotel but they should have a non reserve policy for sun loungers. Gym facilities a few machines not working very small gym area. Ac very complicated to use would be useful to have a small instruction card.

Food was very bad. I advise go for room only. No effort was made for breakfast. My husband wanted egg white omelette but he was told he could not have. I only have fruit for breakfast and there was NO cut fruit. Only apples oranges and v poor quality of pears. I went hungry. Also when we checked in we were given a room which was allocated to other guest. We arrived at 4pm and was told the room was NOT ready. We wanted some food but there was no option other than ice cream

The only gripe we had was the lack of tea, coffee, sugar and especially WATER supplied in the rooms, 2 coffee sachets, 2Tea bags a few sugars & coffee whitener (no milk pots???) are not enough, and MUGS rather than the very small cups suplied in the rooms would have been nice. The fridge didn't get very cold even though it was on the max setting, and the weak WiFi could be improved. A small light in the tea/coffee station would also have made things easier to see what you are doing as the space is very dark.

First time at the Ada Julian and I don't think it will be our last, it's quite small compared with other hotels, but had a lovely feel, & was more personal and relaxed atmosphere than the big places, it was great!!!!! . The Hotel is in a great location, and we were made very welcome from the moment we set foot though the doors, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, explained everything to us before being taken to our room. The staff are second to none here, working hard all day, & a special mention goes to the lovely Kubra and also Erol, who looked after us exceptionaly well at meal times, with nothing being too much trouble for them. We found the AI food to be well above average for AI, with rice being the only thing that was on the menu every day, every other dish was different every day. . There was not a lot of choices but everything was good quality and even my wife was able to find something she liked to eat everyday at all meal times, and she is a VERY fussy eater. Our room in the 4th floor (1410) & was huge, with 2 x 6ft beds, a sofa, 2 x arm chairs, table, and a 40" smart tv, lovely bathroom with huge shower & overlooked the Irish bar next door, there was noise from there at night, but with the balcony door closed & AC on TBH it never really bothered us. It's an adults only hotel (16+) and there is no evening entertainment, but plenty to go to outside the hotel if you walk to the seafront or either way along the main road. Beds are very firm but it seemed to suit us, as both slept well every night. Thers's free WiFi in the hotel but it wasn't very good in our room and kept dropping off, we had difficulty logging into the system but the staff at reception sorted it out for us.

The unnecessary greed from a person that is supposed to be in the hispitality trade

Well my partner stayed with her friend in the hotel both fully paid up However after one night her friend had to come home after a sudden family bereavement I decided to get a flight out to stay with my partner The jet 2 rep said there would be no problem However the manager of the hotel had a different view He decided i wasnt going to stay with my partner in the room her and her friend had fully paid for. I checked booking.com and the rate for the room on Bookings.com was €320 When i showed the manger the booking.com quote and asked him couod he give me a better quote he quoted me at over €600 for 4 nights This left a very bad taste in the mouth. I will never set foot in turkey again my partner will never set foot in turkey again and our famillies have been left disgusted at the treatment over the incident with our friends bereavement Congrats to the hotel manager he has probably lost his country something in the region of €50,000 in revenue from our famillies over the next 10 years because of our experience with his greed
