For two days the breakfast was changed from a very good buffet to a dissapointing one served on table with no regard of the number of persons taking breakfast at the same table. Communicating in english with people serving in the restaurant was often difficult.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and nice. It has an agreement with a nearby beach for the sunbeds on on of the best beaches of the island. It also had lots of places to hang out wet items!! The breakfast and the dinners were also excellent. They provided good advice for other restaurants or activities on the island.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was exceptional, although the pool was small but we were there to enjoy the beach to begin with so pool was an extra for us to enjoy the drinks and the fun place for the kids! The room was also super clean also staff was really friendly. Also I'd like to thank the staff for making us piña colada specially even though it was not part of menu originally and they applied the recipe the way it's supposed to be! I'd definitely recommend this area and the hotel.

Everything! The best hotel in Gokceada. We had a very pleasant stay there. World class service, the breakfast was more than expected, rooms were clean and cosy. We will visit it again for sure. Tesekkur ederim!

Nothing was bad...

1) All the staff are so friendly and happy with us, especially Mr Egemen and Mr Selçuk. We stayed there 13 persons with children for 2 days and we had never ever any problem about anything, great thanks for all... 2) Breakfast is enough and delicious for both children and the adults 3) The rooms are very comfortable, clean and large enough for a family with children. And a lot of rooms you can watch the seaside, the pool and the garden... 3) The hotel is nearby the seaside and have an enough swimming pool. Hotel is some far from the city center, but you can go to the center by car in about 10-12 minutes

this swimming pool parties they do from time to time can be to noisy for people that are looking for rest only. but they don’t happen all the time.

Great staff, from the owner to barman very polite and always ready to help. Nice area for rest, swimming pool, half open air restourant, green grass, olive trees etc. Nice rooms.

The cleaning services were not daily, we had to ask for them at the reception for one day.

The girl at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very nice. The location was very good for the kiteboarder.

It was a really pleasant stay at Gokceada in Kotinos hotel. The hotel is new, nice and having a great team, keeping all very clean. In the morning, there was an amazing breakfast and in the evening great food in the restaurant.

From the beginning I felt like home because of the great people who take care of the hotel. They were really present, friendly and helpful. Great facility, very clean and with great services. The hotel is new, looks really great, with care for detail and with very good location. The restaurant has really good cuisine; perfect turkish breakfast and great turkish coffee. And... my kids had a great time playing at the pool :)

The hotel staff is very friendly and will help you with your requests. Nice rooms very modern and clean also the pool is clean and the atmosphere is nice especially at night.

There is a water vending machine in the restaurant but hotel guests are not allowed to use it. The water was for the stuff only - really disappointing. I didn't have hot water some of the days during the stay. Room was not cleaned at all during a 7 days stay. Poor breakfast - same things every day.
