I recently stayed at this wonderful luxury hotel in Istanbul and had an exceptional experience. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive; everything is spotless and well-maintained. The location is also a highlight. There is a stunning mosque nearby that adds to the charm of the area. Additionally, there are convenient grocery stores just a short walk away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, pristine condition, and perfect location. It truly made my stay in Istanbul memorable.

The efficient of pick-up from airport to hotel. 20 mins tops. It went smoothly as the transfer was arranged beforehand (50euro 2ways). The staff were professional and friendly. We ordered food through room service. Breakfast was delivered to the room next morning. Room was adequately spacious, clean, basic amenities provided. It's facing a big mosque with nice view; we could hear the call of prayer at subuh. In all its value for money and no-frills hotel. I would definitely stay if on transit in Istanbul.

There is nowhere to go for a walk and nothing to see around, but for the short stay it was fine.

Quiet place, airplanes and sounds of Namaz practically do not disturb. Good renovation, design of furniture and walls, clean, comfortable, good linen, comfortable bed, fantastic value for the money. Very polite and attentive staff. I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking employee Ali - a real example of a gallant Turkish man! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, wonderful Turkish coffee. I recommend the hotel for good rest between flights. There is a supermarket and a cafe nearby, Smart TV, 15 minutes drive from the airport.

However, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. Firstly, we encountered issues with the bathroom facilities. The drain in the shower was not functioning properly, resulting in a pool of water accumulating during our showers. Moreover, the shower was leaking and flooding the bathroom due to the malfunctioning drain, which was quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, we found dark brown curly hair scattered all over the shower, indicating a lack of thorough cleanliness. Additionally, the toilet seat was unstable and moved from side to side, posing a discomfort.

Our stay at Luxury Airport Hotel was overall pleasant. The hotel itself exuded luxury and sophistication. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully appointed and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the price we paid for our stay was reasonable considering the quality of service and facilities provided.

We had an overnight layover in IST and booked this hotel due to it’s location not too far from airport. When we arrived at 2 am, staff was waiting for us. We were greeted and check in was very fast. This hotel is a comfortable place to stay near Istanbul airport, and we would like to express our appreciation to the two administrators who worked a night shift on 25-26th of March, for being nice, friendly and helpful.

Only a minor issue: both room TV's couldn't read videos from my USB flash card I expected to watch. Same card worked well in other hotels I stayed during this trip.

A cozy place rather close to Istanbul airport (about 15-20 mins drive by taxi), free wifi, breakfast included, staff were helpful. Stands opposite a big mosque. A good deal for a stopover.

I love this hotel and its staff. I stay here every time I have a long layover in Istanbul new airport. It’s 15 min away from the airport. All rooms are newly remodeled and super clean. You can order room service from a near-by restaurant, the food is delicious and inexpensive.
