Hotel is on a pedestrian part of the sea front, so no direct car access. However short walk from drop off, pick up point and taxis

Good quality hotel on the Marmaris sea front. Only stayed 1 night as last minute booking due to a cancelled ferry, arriving late and leaving early. Didn't have time for breakfast Room was small but more than adequate with beautiful view across Marmaris Bay. Plenty of eating and entertainment options right outside.

I needed to adjust the length of my stay due to a toe injury I suffered on holiday. The reception staff/management claimed they didn't know about it (they were messaged repeatedly) and were generally very awkward about it. The matter was resolved in the end but these staff need lessons in manners and helpfulness. It was also exceedingly hot when I was there (over 40 degrees) and difficult to cool the room, the water needed to run, and the restaurant needed more air con. The breakfast was pretty basic and not up to the cost levied. The pool is pretty pokey so I advise using the beach/sea.

The rooms are decent, modern and well-equipped (if a tad small), there is a decent restaurant that serves good food and drink with helpful and friendly waitering staff. These staff also serve you on the beach in front where you use loungers etc free of charge. The system works well here. The cleaner for my room was also very sweet.

Location was perfect, the hotei is situated in quiet area but very close to restaurants and bars. It has privite beach and very god restaurant downstairs. Most rooms have exellent sea view.

I reserved one of the 2 rooms in 3 single beds not 1 single and 1 double, they promised to change but didn't and since 4 days still waiting this promise. Everything else is perfect, cleanness, staff, food and the best location in Marmaris 💟😍

The only negative is that the pool is very small but that didn’t bother us as we were on the beach every day.

Our stay was just perfect. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is very clean, room cleaned every day, which was surprising for a 3 star hotel 😍 clean towels and linens. The wifi is free, it’s not fast but works well. Own beach across the street, always plenty of sunbeds, enough for everyone. Noise from the street is not audible if you close the windows and turn on the air conditioning. Breakfast was wonderful, very varied and hearty. Incredible sea view from the room 😍 The location of the hotel is just perfect: it is a short walk to the old town or in the other direction - to İcmeler. Close to shopping centre and grocery shops. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The AC is too old and need to be upgraded to central unit. The juices in the breakfast are all non natural and like tang… and the rooms are a bit too small. But that doesn’t take anything from the practicality of the location and the awesome vibes
