My visit was nice but washroom has a bit stinky smell and expected to be more cleaner . The other point which should be considered is food availability in hotel as you have to explore other places for your lunch or dinner options mostly . So it will be great if they can add more variety and have dinner options too . Most near by cafe or restaurants have limited items so its get tricky at times specially with kid .

Overall place is nice and has a great view. Hotel staff was kind and considerate . Hotel has near by places for local souvenirs as well to collect and shop around .

the street leading to it is bad. As for the services, they were sometimes bad due to the negligence of some workers, such as following up on the cleanliness of the rooms and providing simple services in the balcony. For the rooms, the worst thing in them is the ventilation of the bathroom, as sometimes they smell damp. As for the food, it was less than expected, and the breakfast time was not suitable for everyone. Sometimes you find breakfast finished at 10:30, and sometimes it ends at 12, and I don’t know why. There is a problem in communication, due to the workers’ lack of mastery of any language other than Turkish, and here I must point out that it is better. An employee who is fluent in the language and well-mannered, and the most cultured of them was Suleiman.

It was a road only for cars or taxi. The route is 20% uphill each turns (6 turns?) in small and tight pavement of assorted home buildings. It will test your driving skills. The staff was ready to receive guests, but the after booking service could be better. There were 2 small bottles of water provided, and when we asked for more, we were told to collect at the reception counter. With breakfast mentioned at the starting time, you do not see any breakfast on the big dining hall...it is served per plate per guest. Very simple breakfast. Maybe this is the typical breakfast in Turkey, but I'm not sure. There is a big pot of tea with server lady standing beside, on her phone chatting. Was not served until I walking upwards trying to serve ourselves, then she said she would serve us. Service was okay, but could have been more spontaneous. Hoped that there was few clothes hook in the room but there was only 1 wall shelf in the toilet to hang your clothes/jacket. If owner stayed in the room one night, he would know what's essentially missing.

The night and day view was good. Clean air. Almost instant reply through the booking app with our queries. There is free private parking at their yard. Fridge and aircon was cold. Bed was firm. Suits me as I don't prefer soft beds.

Great location in a wonderful area. Building dates from the Seljuk period so you feel the history. Take time around the hotel during the day. Polite staffs

The bathroom of our room was so small that sitting on the toilet was hardly possible, The noisy fan of the bathroom is automatic and turned in every few minutes without any way to stop it. We slept with earplugs. Same for the light that’s also automatic and turns on very often. To be able to sleep, we had to take the bulb out

Really should have information about the area being dry. There’s no alcohol available for sale in the entire village and the nearest bakkal has to be driven to. The beds are a bit hard, so a mattress topper might help.

It was located in a cute historic part of Trabzon. The rooms were nice and large with great views. Very clean place and the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful.

I liked the hotel. Amazing location on a hill with a wonderful greenery and sea view . I was worried that it's far from city center , but all taxies can reach there. Very clean and tidy rooms , and nice staff. I recomend the hotel for people that likes nature and tranquility. Trabzon is an amazing place with nice people. I'll come back one day , and I'd like to stay in Mehmet efendi hotel.

The location is good in means of view and calmness away from city crowd, but there are no public transport that reach to it, however there are road construction in this time, I think it is going to be better in the future
