Drinks need to be better quality. Food were mostly excellent but some need to be renewed more regularly, e.g. snacks going soft or soggy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was in a nice location, with lots of amenities and plenty of activities for the kids to keep them entertained. Staff was really helpful and smiling all the time, most importantly our little one enjoyed all the activities (here goes a special thanks to Miss Mika and her team)

Everything. To start food was amazing, did not expect such quality and variaty. Rooms were clean, hot water was present all the time. Beds comfy. Pools spacious with many sunbeds. Bus stop right outside hotel to both towns - Side and Managvat. Great entertainment programme. Staff kind and heplful.

The beds were old and quite uncomfortable. The cleaning ladies started at 8 am with the vacuum which was a bit annoying. But the most annoying thing was that the slides were for 12+ years old. I have an 8 year old son and i booked this hotel specifically for the slides that were shown on the pictures. There should/could have been a mention of the age limit in the description. This was a big disappointment

Very fresh food and many choices, every day something different. No queues at the bars or coffee shop or snack bars. Enough sunbeds and umbrellas, no fighting with other guests at 8am for the sunbeds. Rooms are spacious and clean, soaps and shampoo provided are nice quality. Beach is clean, plenty of sunbeds there also. Evening entertainment is good enough.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean with breathtaking views of the pool area, palms and the sea. The rooms were cleaned daily, minibar was restocked regularly. The rooms were always spotless and well-maintained. A lovely gesture was made for our child's birthday with a sweet birthday message. Truly appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful touches! Really enjoyed the diverse food selection at the restaurant. Every day offered something different, and the quality was consistently excellent. Drinks were served at the table, which was super convenient. The kids absolutely loved the children's buffet section, where they could choose and serve their own food. The selection was clearly tailored to appeal to younger guests, making mealtime fun and enjoyable for them! Huge shoutout to the bartenders and barmaids at the hotel! They went above and beyond to accommodate special requests and were always welcoming. Unfortunately, there were no events in the amphitheater at the beginning of the season (in April), but there were plenty of activities and entertainment for the kids. The children eagerly participated and always looked forward to the activities (especially the mini disco). The children’s area was safe, allowing us to let our preschoolers play there on their own. The coffee bar had a perfect view of the playground, allowing us to enjoy our coffee in peace while keeping an eye on the kids The resort area is quite expansive with excellent facilities for sports and leisure activities. There are several smaller cafés, snack bars, and more. A great place for both relaxation and staying active! The entire staff was extremely helpful, cheerful, and hospitable. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay memorable! Big thanks to the entire team! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey!

This hotel has everything you could want and at any time. Hotel area is huge, a lot of things to do - chill by two different pools, play mini golf, tennis, gym, take part in activities such as darts, archery, yoga etc. a lot of activities for kids , also for a 3 year old. Staff in the entire hotel (bar, chefs, reception, housekeepers, entertainment team, guards) are all super friendly, helpful, polite, good with kids. Everything is clean, in order, any issues are seen and fixed quickly. Beach area is nice with play area, bar, food, sunbeds. Rooms are cleaned daily, food and drinks are available literally 24/7. Bus stop to Side/ Manangvat is just outside of the hotel, ticket is around 1€. There are local super markets close by (maybe 500m). We have visited a lot of hotels, but this one is by far the best one we have been to in Europe. Thank you so much for having us, taking such good care of us on our one week stay. One of the lifts got stuck all the time. One of the receptionists, who "welcomed" us, was rude and unfriendly. There was no shampoo or shower gel at all, the cleaning lady said that they were finished, but after complaining to reception, it all appeared in minutes. The balcony door was almost impossible to close properly, as well as the room door (once, even after cleaning, we found our door opened). Some beach towels have holes and need to be replaced.

Really nice turkish coffee at the lobby bar (I wish to have it in other locations too). The young lady at reception was very nice and friendly. Generally, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The only thing I did not like was that my holiday was only 9 days, I wish I had more time in this hotel.

The hotel has everything you need for amazing holiday with kids, food, beach, animation, activities, evening shows, disco. Staff is amazing very friendly and helpful and very kind to kids. Territory was very good size with different activities around.

I loved everything. Maybe if I had to pick something out I’d have liked a brighter light in the bedroom for getting ready in the evening but that’s do minor it’s hardly worth the mention

Loved everything about the Hotel, facilities, location. We wanted a relaxing all inclusive holiday where we could relax after a long time without a break. It was amazing and such great value for money. No fighting over sunbeds at pool or beach. You had to get there at a reasonable time and there were the odd people who put towels out by 8am but even when we’d get to the pool or beach after Breakfast about 9.30 there were plenty of beds. The food in the buffet and bars plus the drink were excellent. We didn’t feel any need to book into any of the restaurants but it was there if we wanted. The Staff were great, so friendly.

I am used to hard mattresses and the one in the room was way to soft. Towel changing station on the sea would be a great addition to the only one near the pool.

Probably the greatest hotel to travel with kids (and I have traveled with kids to Turkey for more than 10 times). Amazing kid klubs for different ages: baby playroom, kids club, teen club. A lot of playgrounds and great activities. Special family area with kid's food selection and tables of different sizes for families to dine with the most comfort. A waterpark where people of different ages could find a fun. My 1 y.o. just loved an octopus baby slide, while adult family members enjoyed big adventure slides. The food was very good, especially meat, potatoes and rice, as well as fruits. Even fish and sausages were of very decent quality which is rare for Turkey. The room is clean and comfortable. The sea view is a very fair full frontal sea view, not a glimpse of sea as it is sometimes happens. We could enjoy sea sunset from our balcony. Turkish bath is amazing, we used it after each pool session, as pools are not so warm in Oktober. On the other side, the sea was very warm and clean thanks to the rocky ground. The staff is very friendly, the baby loved them all.

There aren't really much activities other than the pools and slides. There's archery but it's supervised and runs for a few minutes in the morning, so you might shoot an arrow or two. There's a mini-golf in a bad state. The single ping-pong table is usually occupied. The single billiard table is paid, and so is tennis AFAIK. So bottom line, there's not much to do and you'll get bored in a couple of days. Also, there's little choice of food in between meals. There are supposed to be all kinds of restaurants in the compound, but they're either closed or paid for and require a booking ahead of time. So you better arrive during the meals hours or you stay hungry, especially if you have limited choices in food (vegetarian / gluten / allergies / etc). Sweets are generally low quality. Sometimes they bring in full-size cakes that are better.

Very wide selection of food. Gluten-free needs coordination, but the chef personally makes a dish of your choice. Free alcohol (though very basic and watered down). Water slides.

Beach toilet needs renovation.

Everything was great. The room was neat and clean with a nice view of the pool, the sea, palm trees and a Turkish cafe.😊 The sound and smell of coffee grinding every morning = priceless. 😊 Excellent, varied and delicious food and drink available 24 hours a day. Nice beach, good pools, excellent slides with fast and slow river. The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by palm trees and well-kept greenery. Biggest compliments to the extremely friendly and kind staff, starting with the lady who cleaned our room, Ugur from the Turkish cafe (who made us the best coffee with his team) 😊, Yusuf Can who served us in the beach bar, the dear lady who made gozlemes on the beach, Il Yas, Murat and the rest of the team from the main restaurant who took care of us😁, Enis from 7 terrace who makes best B52 😁 and finally the biggest praise and thanks to his colleague at the bar, Mr. Furkan, who delighted us every day with his cocktails, kindness and friendship. 😊😊😊 We definitely recommend this hotel, you won't go wrong.👍

The beach is sandy but as you enter the water there are small stones on the water-beach border . And the bottom under the water is stoney hard.

Great food, good variety. Very helpful staff. Good entertainment. Good and not crowded beach. Beautiful looking territory. Big pool, and there are some water park slides. Included cocktails, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are available at different bars all the time. Still water fridges placed around and couple of ice cream fridges.

An additional pool would be more suitable for the size of the complex. Music 24/7 in the lobby bar and area would make the space better, especially as the evening entertainment does not appeal to all. More space in the rooms would be preferable, especially when using the sofa bed to sleep 3. Eating dinner late meant food was cold, which is a shame as not all guests want to go for dinner at 7 or 8pm.

Sometimes the waiting time for the elevator is very high (especially when one of them is broken) There is no air-conditioning in the hallways (which get rather hot) - unpleasant while waiting for the elevator

The people/staff are very nice and helpful (restaurant staff, reception, child minders, etc.) The food options at the restaurant are a lot and all of them seemed of good quality (we didn't try them all). There any very few time intervals when one doesn't have something available to eat (for ex. there's a night buffet from 23 to 07). There are may places for children to play (one of them inside, several outside) There are many activities (for children and for adults) There is direct beach access with plenty of sunbeds There are several pools (we didn't try them, except for the ones for small children). Here the sunbeds seem to be not enough. There are several waterslides I can't comment on alcoolic beverages, but it seemed that there are many options. There's a SPA, but we haven't used it. Rooms are OK, but not extraordinary. minibar is refilled daily. There are also some shops/hair-dresser/other services on the hotel grounds. One doesn't need to leave, except for visiting places.

The GYM is place is not optimal, and the equipment is very old. The food quality is more important than quantity.. There is no irony in the room. Transportation from and to the hotel is difficult, especially with overpriced taxis.

The resort is big, and the location is directly near the beach.. The stuff is doing their best 👌
