We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEntertainment wasnt brilliant but to be fair it was a relatively cheap holiday. Had to pay additional costs to use the safe in the room and a later check out. Gym not everything was working and small. No major complaints overall.

Very crowded buffets , unorganized , you queue for one hour to eat .. then you discover then people enter the restaurant from the green and take the queue on buffet , I preferred eating outside even though we are all inclusive ..

MontenegroThe message to the hotel management is that they should urgently invest in people and common spaces if they want to be 4 stars hotel (in my opinion at the moment it is around 3 stars). My impression is that 80% of the employees are working without smile, without "good morning", some of them - even in the reception- do not know English....Common spaces are in the bad shape, look of the elevators is worse than in the hostels, main restaurant needs urgent painting, hallways to the rooms are without A/C. The cooling of the main restaurant in the morning is not sufficient, it is very noisy, staff with the broom is cleaning while you eat😅.
Rooms are ok (could be argued about 26sqm) and food is just ok. The best is room cleaning (no complaints). All in all -the hotel was big dissapointment in the beginning, during the stay some impressions are improved, but generally I am sure that the hotel is significantly overpriced!!!
