This is nice hotel in a nice location. Initially thry have given me a room where there was cigarette smell but after I have requested them they have given me a better room. In overall it was good but may not be 4star standard

The food was good but repeated at every meal time and sometimes when you went in there were empty trays that had not been refilled but over all it’s a nice hotel just the food was a bit hit and miss

The hotel is located on the beach front and the hotel has a private section of the beach with its own sun beds it was great to just walk out the hotel straight on to the beach the hotel rooms were nice and clean and the staff were very friendly I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a beach front hotel in the thick of all the restaurants and shops

- First and foremost: the thumping noise from the bar (Just) next door which clearly was sub-let by the hotel. Every single night the eardrum busting music goes on well after midnight until 1:15 or later. There is also a bar on the other side of the hotel (the Batman) that appears to compete with Just on production of decibels. Result? ear-splitting cacophony. Every night. - The sun loungers are really cramped around the pool and the mattresses look quite filthy. - Not sure how the building was constructed but there is absolutely no sound proofing in the bathrooms. The slighest noise - like tearing of sheets of toilet paper - can be clearly heard in the neighbouring bathroom. Not a problem but it felt somewhat weird to hear other people's ablutions / conversations. - The lady in charge of the omelette station at breakfast was 1. never there 2. resentful if you asked a staff member to call her from her hiding place 3. happy to perform any other task like cleaning and rearranging pots first, before eventually serving the guests. Managed to get fried eggs twice in 2 weeks but on both occasions she made me wait quite a while. Don't know if she doesn't like frying eggs or the place is under-staffed and she is really busy in the kitchen prepping for lunch. As other people mentioned before, there are no lifts. Cleaning could have been better (staircases / bathrooms, showers drains in particular). The entertainment is uninspiring at best.

The location was good, right on the sea front and the views are beautiful. Food was a bit repetitive over the period of 2 weeks but quite tasty. A good selection of meats and vegetables (although fish was dry and disappointing). Nice selection of fresh herbs and fruit. Good ice cream at 4pm (a bit of an event). Friendly staff.

Housekeepers was busy sitting on stairs and chatting not cleaning the rooms. Rooms was dirty. Borders in rooms was falling off, white curtains in rooms was black. Hall stairs to rooms was filty. Nobody cleaning the pool. Toilets beside pool was filty. Beside the hotel was bar and bar people was used hotel toilets. In hotel there no have any entertainment. Hotel beach also was dirty. Better go to public beach. Bar music was so loud when you sitting in pool area you not understand what music is playing because bar and hotel is playing different music. Food was okey but dosent change much. Lunch and dinner the same. Bar staff was lovely.

everything is really bad about it, the place is not clean at all, the food is really bad i found hair in the pizza, curtains are so clear you have to wake up at 6 am while you cant sleep until 1 am as there is a bar down the hotel and the music is so lowed you cant sleep until they close, the sun beds are a mess and so dirty. honestly this hotel should shut down and i really do not recommend any one to stay there. it was by far the worst hotel i have ever staid in in my whole life. really it does not even should be rated more than half a star. the hotel staff are really rood and not helpful. i called them more than 6 times to clean the room and the confirmed that they will but i was surprised that they did not even bother to clean. really its a messed up hotel

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing! Diverse and you cannot get bored of it. There are chefs cooking in front of you on the terrace, which adds a little extra spice to your Pasa Garden experience. Drinks are diverse and they are good even if it's local alcohol, and not brand alcohol. The beach is 20m away from the hotel and you get free sunbeds and umbrellas. You can take your drink from the bar to the beach and go get a refill in 30 seconds!!! We loved it!

they gave me different room which I didn’t booked it also no elevator for the second entrance to the rooms, it’s only available for the main rooms. they should add more swimming pool and chairs bed at the swimming pool area, because some guests are using the beds During their full stay at the hotel by keeping their personal towels on it and no body else can use it !! no snacks available only for one hour and they close. wifi is available on at the reception not available in the rooms
