We are stay at 3rd floor, and i think they have repair program for uper floor at night ang day all of things like sofa base It was dragged on the ground, no way for rest in this hotel 😒

Very convenient, fresh, comfortable. No plush but all you need for a comfee stay. Very helpful staff all over, from reception to bar, to cleaning etc. Very safe. On site parking. Absolutely great location.

Despite the fact that we booked a sea view room, we got a room with a wall view! We had to call the reception to change it. Not the most friendly staff..

The minuses: 1. The pictures and advertising they make is misleading. They will post pictures of the corner rooms and show them to be pictures of the Deluxe Rooms, which actually don't exist as here they are called Standard rooms. So I thought I booked a Deluxe room while in reality I had booked a standard room. And the size is also misleading as the standar room is not 21 sqm, is less than that. We had to upgrade our room and pay an additional 120 euros for our stay for the corner room (which is the one presented on their page for the standard room). Very very misleading and smells like a tourist trap. 2. Parking. I came by motorcycle and only occupy a small space between 2 cars (no room for another car in between them). They blocked access to our room so as to move the bike. Why can you just not contact me? Why make a big fuss about half a parking space when a normal sized car cannot fit between 2 other cars? I find this behaviour not worthy of a 4 stars hotel and it's too bad since you can easily be a 5 stars rated hotel. 3. Hotel Management&Reception attitude - like you're not welcome there and very cold! You are there only to pay and that's the only thing they're interested in. 4. Beware, there is a sewage pipe right next to the hotel that goes right in the water were people bathe. 5 Expensive for what it offers. There are much much better options out there but they lack the beachfront location.

While the hotel itself is great, true 4 stars, clean with good location and great restaurant&bar staff it has some big minuses. But first with the pluses: 1. Great location 2. Clean 3. Good All Inclusive and good food 4. Restaurant and Bar personnel are fabulous! They are like Bees, work non-stop 5. Modern Hotel 6. Shout out to the Restaurant manager who works side by side with the personnel and keeps everything tight and tidy.

One week stay with Mrs end of November. Fantastic view of the sea and good size balcony. very clean room and facilities. Manager was very attentive l, polite and welcoming. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Far too much loud rave music coming from a bar on prom in front of our hotel until late every night! Staff behind reception are very miserable and move position behind their counter to spy on you when you sit in reception area in case you touch anything. Occasionally mumble a hello if you do so first ,no smile. Never a good morning or how are you! Not a nice atmosphere in the hotel. WiFi is not good in the rooms.Staff in dining room at breakfast pleasant but no conversation just what you like to eat! But we never ate the breakfast more than twice even though we paid as it wasn’t great tbh. I stayed with my grown up son (also Thomas)and partner. My son was accused by a lady in reception of getting make up on towels and a demand for payment of new towels even when he explained they weren’t his.I spoke with cleaning ladies who explained they were from mine& wife’s room We washed the towels and removed the make up. No apology for my son after she had brought the towels into reception and held them up embarrassing us in view of other staff. It was evening and we were heading out for a meal, my sons last night and it was ruined by this lady. Next morning she said it’s ok you don’t have to pay for towels but no apology just said no problem! I have travelled the world Mexico, Dominican Republic,all across Europe and never experienced a hotel to demand payment for towels or had to wash them myself. Very rude ignorant and unprofessional! We were treated like refugees not paying guests! Never again will I or my family visit this hotel to be treated in such a manner. Last time I visited Marmaris I stayed at the Green Diamond and staff were so lovely and courteous. Why would anyone pay to stay in a hotel with miserable rude staff ? Last day my wife was in ladies toilet getting changed before catching flight when a male worker opened the door and just stood there looking at her so absolutely rude!

The staff, especially the front of house manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Very poor customer service. Tried to charge myself to replace dirty towels. Upon further inspection the towels were not even from my room. No apology for the confrontational attitude of the staff. Trying to charge me for make up stains left on towels. When I’am a single male travelling on my own. Ruined my last night of my holiday, just the fact i was never even given an appropriate apology. Its a real shame management should have a discussion with their staff, on how to handle such issues. As they have lost out on potential future customers. Customer service is key and this rude and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. For anyone deciding to travel to this hotel, make sure you don’t stain any of their towels. As they might try to charge inflated prices to replace their cheap towels. Or simply avoid this hotel, for somewhere that treats its paying guests with more respect. Myself I’am not one to usually leave negative reviews, but this hotel needs to do better!

Sadly, this hotel has no idea about hospitality and service. It feels that guests are not important here and no effort is made to create a good stay. There is only one person at reception, so he has to run and take care of many requests, so you have to wait for your check in or any other problem to be solved. Probably, that’s why it feels that he is not happy there and has no wish to serve or care about you and your request, problems with sounds in the room, terrible wifi etc. We have requested a quiet room on check in and the manager said that this is exactly what he is giving to us. In result, I have never stayed in a room where I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud disco downstairs and other sounds that I couldn’t even figure out. The pillows and mattress are very uncomfortable. It was strange to have such in this hotel considering the room rate. We didn’t sleep all night. The manager at reception didn’t even care to ask about our stay and was just looking very unhappy. I still can’t understand how can they charge such room rate for so uncomfortable and loud rooms and no service whatsoever. Terrible experience.
