The staff were brilliant and very accommodating. The location is perfect and there is a street around the corner with amazing restaurants & bars (Yeni Çarşı Cd.). The room was very clean.

I think the location is quite good, although the cab cannot directly reach the front of the building, it’s only a minor inconvenience to get your bags/luggage to the building itself. The place is clean, staff is nice and the rooms were spacious and comfortable enough for 3/4 people, even though I was travelling by myself. It’s a short walk onto Istiklal street, right down the corner of the Zara store, in the middle of where you’d be able to get to the main shops and places to eat. Nothing is more than a 15 minute walk up or down Istiklal for the most part. The staff is helpful and helped arrange a cab for my departure and helped get me to it from the property. If you don’t mind a short walk with your luggage, and would like to stay around an easy access Istiklal street without being on the main road itself, I’d recommend staying here.

Location is central, however, please keep in mind that it is in front of a club and there are quite a lot of drunk people roaming around in the morning. Witnessed a fight right around a corner and felt a bit unsafe. Streets are very narrow and houses are close to each other. We had a room and windows facing some old rusty building, thus we kept our curtains closed at all times.

Apartments in general are very nice and new. They had a little note and treat waiting for us on the table in our room as well as water in the fridge. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Location is central.

Great location, few steps from Istiklal st and cafes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They even put an extra bed for my son and extra bedlinen for my daughter, who slept on a couch. My bed was comfortable. We had 2 rooms and 2 balconies in our suite, which is great. Staff is very helpful and always ready to help and give advises on what to see.

Good location compared to other hotels near by and Istanbul Streets. Quite. Staff were very helpful. Cleaning daily including top ups and towels and reception 24/7. Good manors and friendly. We liked it.

No complaints, although taxi drop off can be a pain as there isn't a pathway to drop outside. Although smaller cabs can reach the street adjacent which isn't that bad.

The hotel was a recently refurbished apartment kept clean and modern. The staff were fantastic especially Ali and another gentleman that covered in his absence. The location was fantastic although sometimes taxis have difficulty reaching the suites. I dont normally do reviews but this was well worth the money.

Everything was great. Beds could be softer.

Let`s start from context. I am a demanding person, however I am not needy :)  I was in Istanbul for   10 days with my family. For the first five days I have booked Sala Suites through booking.com, and planned to change the hotel during my stay in Istanbul. However after the first two days I understood that I want to stay in Sala Suites for the rest of the trip.  The staff is great (you ask, they will help you). The rooms are great. Everything is clean. The place is in a great location. During our 10 days trip  we traveled through Istanbul, both sides Asia and Europe. We stayed in two rooms (first floor and second) . Both rooms were without any view, however for us it was not important as we were travelling  in the city.  They have rooms with view, but as I said it was not not important for us. Child beds are big, even suitable for grown men and very comfortable.  If you did any research about places to stay in Istanbul, you will see that most have some negative reviews, and Sala Suites does not. Reason for this is that, they really work for it. You will have your room cleaned daily, staff polite and smiling, location where everything is few steps away.

Everything super!

The hotel is very nice, very clean, the rooms are large and the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable, the bedding is impeccable, very nice smell. The hotel is right in the center and in the heart of the fun, close to restaurants and entertainment. Ali from reception is the perfect host, doesn’t say no to anything, very welcoming, we were welcomed with juices and snacks from the house.

For a family of 5 with three kids it’s quite difficult to reach the hotel with a lot of baggage, because the car can not reach the hotel directly to drop us off, especially if it was a big van.

Big shout out for Mr Ali, he made our stay more convenient, whatever we needed he would provide, he even was kind enough to carry our bags to our room, i would like to thank him for being an absolute gentleman, i would definitely stay there again.

Noise in the area, you cannot sleep with open windows. But they did a great job with sound isolation.

Best possible location, at 30 meters of Istiklal. Close to all Beyoğlu attractions. Spacious bedroom and living room equipped with full open kitchen. Although there is a noisy area, the sound isolation of the windows is very good. Reception open 24/7 and staff very helpful; we had a late check-out free of charge (they contacted the next guest to confirm what hour he will come, in order to let us in the room as much as possible). I don't know if they offer breakfast, we were not interested, as there are many restaurants and coffee-shops around. Excellent price quality ratio.

There is everything in the room except for a microwave. That would have been nice. The bed can be a little hard for some people liking but there wasnt anything which we disliked alot.

The location is amazing with easy access to everything nearby. It takes some 20 odd mins to go to the old city, but otherwise, the location is perfect to have a great time. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They have 24-hour reception, so any need were catered to all the time. They'd been extremely quick with the requests we made.

The only problem was the taxi cant get to the street of the building its only a problem if you have alot of bags to carry but it was not a big deal because the staff helped us when we got there and when we were checking out the carried our bags to the taxi point

Everything was perfect the suit was very suitable for our family the cleaning level was perfect they replaced everything we used immediately the suit had everything a family needs in a vacation the washing machine with the detergent ,the staff were super nice and helpful , istiqlal street is just next to it so you will find everything you need next to you .
