The only thing which is not about the hotel but the weather, if the weather is windy and rainy, it might be little bit not comfy, because the sea waves will be super noisy and high.

The hotel is amazing, quite and super clean.. the sea view is amazing.. The food from the hotel’s restaurant is exceptional.. The staff were super welcoming and kind.

Any 5 star hotel should provide you with a free personal care kits like (shaving kit, tooth brush, etc), while in this hotel they charge you for these stuff. Another point, the breakfast wasn’t too rich and when we asked for omelet, they added it as extract charge.

The location is amazing and the best for vacation and relaxing. A direct access to the beach with a wonderful garden. The location is 20 minutes far from the city center which gives you more quite environment.

Facilities, service, comfort, value for the money

The receptionist are the hero's of this place. Out of the 7 starts I am giving here 95% they are for those people and rest for the hotel location, in particular Cahit who was a great help and support. Great coffee shop and restaurant. But there are many areas for improvement and could be much better, Iron hard to have or at least hard to have an iron table, and the only iron table provided picture is attached. Also, there is no luggage trolley, but again Cahit was a great help here.

nothing to be honest

Very good facility and the staff was amazing. Specially Mr Cahid, at the reception is very welcoming and helping in all the matters. He is hardworking and versatile to work. Like he himself welcomes the guests from their car, carrying luggage and personally following up all the requests that guests make. Very modest and smiling personality The hotel location is good with all the facilities and nice restaurant with very good food.

The rooms were clean enough, but the housekeeping didn't change the sheets, and they come always late, I mean we leave in the morning or afternoon but they usually show up at 5 pm when we return

you have to call the reception to turn on A/C, you have to ask for the complimentary water. noises from closing doors from other rooms and noises from people from the next room.

Lack of communication language, breakfast very poor, breakfast place freezing cold, hotel right on highway and far from city center (30 min drive)

We where upgraded (for extra fee) from jr sweet to Family superior room. (Which i thought i booked initially but turned out I didn’t) Was very big and very comfortable for 3 adults. Bathroom and room both very clean. View nice, staff helpful (as much as they could without any English, and i mean 0 English) heating sufficient, quiet, no traffic noise despite heavy traffic right at door.
