Electricity works are done not good in apartment - light switches are broken somewhere or drop out of the walls.

Very good apartment. There is a 5-star hotel nearby so you can use a restaurant there for breakfast or dinner with a reasonable price. Furniture in apartment is good and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes/cups/cutlery/etc. Also there is a very good air conditioner.

It would be great if it had a safe box as well. The breakfast is brought to the room at your desired time; it's not a buffet.

Spacious with a big balcony, complete kitchenware, and comfortable furniture. Although the place didn’t have a desk, they provided one upon my request. It shares the facilities with the Pullman hotel, which has a great gym and swimming pool.

I loved my room, it had everything i needed for my stay. The shop downstairs was very convenient. My room was very clean and had a lot of storage. The staff is very helpful and nice. The owner helped us so much during our stay.

I had the best time staying at prime istanbul. The apartment was the cleanest i’ve ever seen from a hotel or apartment. The staff went out of their way to help us multiple times during our stay. As a family of 10 i couldn’t have ask for anything better. This is the best option for anyone staying in istanbul.

The cleaning was not at the top, we thought that the breakfast is a buffet instead it is served in the room and it was rather mediocre.

The behavior of the staff, especially Mr. Ahmed who was very kind, friendly and helpful, so I put 10 for feedback.. The apartment was elegant and the air conditioning was perfect and also the wireless network.

Fantastic apartment twin tower with Pullman hotel. Very clean and well organized with high tech kitchen. Very modern with high quality of furniture. Short stay of one night but we felt welcomed and confortable. We had access to the amazing facilities at the 5 stars Pullman hotel ( Pool, Hammam, Sauna, steam …) Luxurious area and good for families who came for leisure or for business traveler as it is close to World Trade Center. Far from Takseem Maydan which was fine as the Metro station was close Taxi cost only 80 Lira. They need to consider kids for the breakfast as they won’t eat same as adults. This point already discussed with the manger and I am sure they do something about it. I really recommend it as you will see very helpful and courteous employees around.

While our stay at the hotel apartment was overall enjoyable, there were a few points that we didn't particularly like. Firstly, we found the breakfast to be a bit poor and lacking in variety. We were expecting a wider range of options and a more satisfying start to the day. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the towels were not changed daily, which meant that we had to call the staff to request new ones. This was inconvenient and could be improved upon to ensure guests always have fresh, clean towels. Lastly, we were surprised to find that access to the spa centre was not free for all guests. This seemed unfair as the guests staying in the hotel rooms have free access, and it would have been nice if all guests had equal access to the amenities.

My recent stay at the hotel apartment was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we received a phone call from the hotel offering to assist us with directions to the location, even though we had already rented a car. This thoughtful gesture made me feel welcomed and appreciated before I even stepped foot in the hotel. The staff at the hotel apartment were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease and at home throughout our stay. They were always available and willing to assist us with any requests or questions we had, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities at the hotel apartment were also top-notch. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area.
