We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

True cave hotel and not just "cave style" with a spacious room equipped with a fridge, tea set and a stylish couch. Big hot shower and comfy bed. Breakfast offered a decent variety and had an awesome view, though some of the cheese was moldy. Free parking was available on the street, less than 10 minutes walking to the city center.

KazakhstanVery romantic and special place with its own ambience because it’s situated higher up and has amazing views on the valley with mountains, caves and pigeon houses. The room itself is very authentic and has all the amenities needed. We loved the nice touch with the old key (compared to the electronic cards used nowadays). From the very first moment that you see this place, it feels magical. Btw, the breakfast is really good, and has nice views. We’ve been there in December, but I guess in the summer it will be even more picturesque!

Turkey- Room. When we arrived, the manager showed us our room, offered a better room with a good view, free of charge. Just because it was empty anyway, because it's not as crowded here in winter. We are very grateful =) - Tours. The manager not only helped us to choose a tour, they were cheaper than that we found online. - The view is awesome! From our room there was a view of beautiful mountings and the city. - It is literally 5 minutes to a good vantage point to view a sunset. And 15 minutes to a paid one on the other mountain. - Room is a real cave in volcanic rock. It is not imitation, all real. - Personal is very friendly and helpful.

ArgentinaRoom number 8 smell like a sewer when you enter (bathroom specially) and it take a few minutes to adapt. It is not a cleanliness problem, hotel is spotless in every corner (probably something from the drain). That and internet connection are the only things not perfect (this is why I give Turquaz Cave Hotel 8 and not 10).
Great place with a nice view and a fantastic staff (they even sorted a problem with our airport transfer). Helpful and friendly. Hotel is 600mts from center in a bit of a hill but nothing uncomfortable at all and great for views. Breakfast is also good and if you are not in the mood for Turkish style, you still have cereals, bread, butter and jam. Cave rooms are quite a catch, and is a nice touch that they made the room every day and leave a big bottle of water, tea, coffee and cookies.

BelgiumStaff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home and to make your reservations for activities, restaurants, shuttles or taxis etc. Nice Turkish breakfast on the roof terrace, with several homemade delicacies. Tea, coffee and water available throughout the day. All hotels in this area are very picturesque and clean, but if you're willing to walk an extra minute, this hotel has the advantage of few traffic driving by during the day and stunning views, thanks to its location uphill.

Literally everything was amazing. The breakfast served by a Turkish local citizen there was the best. The hotel is located on a hill which makes it possible to admire beautiful views of balloons and local valleys. Rooms are designed into a traditional style.

IrelandThe wifi was crap. Needs to be improved. The signal if using 4g is good though, so I was able to hotspot, but they really need to improve the WiFi if they want it to be a comfortable experience for people who are working remotely.
The check in was excellent - the staff are super helpful and friendly. and the overall space is so cool! amazing rooftop terrace with a nice view, and the breakfast is excellent.
