The playground is a paradise for my kid with the cars and track. Cars can be controlled with remote so it will work for younger kids too.Kids may spend half a day there with energy spent. I can feel the staff are truly friendly to kids and guests

There isn't laundry service within the hotel itself.

It is located 3 mins walk from Luodong train station and 7mins walk from luodong night market. There is convenience store which is only 2 mins away, supermarket is right behind the hotel and a laundry shop that is 5 mins away. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. There is a balcony that offers city view. Good spread of breakfast choices though most dishes are repeated daily.

Provided breakfast is a little limited. Water pressure in the toilet can be improved. And rooms can get a little noisy as the noise insulation is a little poor for the rooms.

My kids love the place with all the kids facilities such as the cars and the huge slide!

The pillows are abit too soft, will b good if they cater hard pillow. Other than that, all are good.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and bright. Love the little details put in to make it a wholesome experience. Facilities were great for our child and we all had fun. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and staff were professional. Walking distance from Luodong train station.

Our stay was too short unfortunately. We would have enjoyed staying on for 2 more nights. Our kid loved the hotel and was contented to stay in.

There was a wide varieties of food for everyone. The kids had fun at level 2 & 3 where the slides and playground are. It’s walking distance to the night market also. All in all we had a fantastic time at the hotel

Parents wait area located inside the play pen which has a no shoes no eat policy and tend to be too noisy. Most of the playground including the DIY sessions are for younger kids. The bathroom tub is located below the bathroom floor.

The hotel is catered to toddlers and smaller kids. From decor to the food selection and amenities, there were small details younger children would find fun. Its close location to the Ludong night market is a plus. Older kids main attraction is Nintendo Switch game console.

Be prepared for not a good night sleep as kids go crazy at night after been at the play area for too long. It can be really loud even when sound insulation is in effect. The safe is placed in a visible place so kids will want to play with it... Then you have to call reception to unlock the safe.

It's really child friendly accommodation. The facilities are very safe to use and clean. The play areas are well designed and you get afternoon tea for the hungry kids.

The queue for the car ride for kids is quite long. Probably due to weekend. Would come back again during weekdays

Breakfast was restricted to 1 hour, and it was really crowded. Selection was simple but sufficient.

Great for a short stay, amenities can be fully explored within a day or 2. Toilet walls could be a little cleaner.

The kid friendly hotel facilities were the reason we booked this hotel. Very handy in rainy weather, kids can drive the cars around level 2 and play in the indoor playground on level 3. Staff are friendly and approachable. Hotel really thinks about it's little guests, providing juice boxes, soy biscuits, child sized slippers, bath robes and toothbrushes plus child sized furniture in the room. Games and story books can be borrowed from reception. Every little detail is perfect.

My toddler had a blast during our 4 day stay. Kept talking about the cars in hotel that he rode. Ample parking, nice local breakfast spread, lots of areas for kids to play. It was continuously raining when we visited Yilan, but so many activities inside the hotel kept my active toddler occupied and happy. Definitely recommend for families who wants a vacation focused for the children. Language can be a problem with the staff, but google translater was a big help.
