Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

UkraineWas not all of the sockets working. About fridge, we wasn't used it, so i can't say is it working or not. There is no conditioning in the room except the open window, so u can not make not hot not cold air.
Situated in a very good place, from the one side city mall called "Forum Lviv", where u can eat different food, but a bit expensive. From the other side, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the tram number 6. U can find some place to eat when u walk around a couple corners. Room have table under the TV, fridge, 2 beds, electric kettle for make yourself tea. Also have hot water.

If you need to visit VFS Global, is the best location. The hotel is near historical Lviv. You can go by foot to anywhere. This hotel very convenient location.

United KingdomAppears to work with carpark next door, over inflates price for overnight parking. Then owner of hotel asked for more money on second day, ups it to price of 4 star.....as booking.coms prices were wrong. Only takes cash....electrics dodgy.....shower head drops..... AVOID

TurkeyThe rude and grumpy old lady at the front desk said that although I had reserved the room in advance, because they sold the room to a customer who came before me at a more expensive price, there were no other rooms available in the hotel and I had to find another hotel for myself. However, I was greeted calmly and since I was on the road since morning I asked this rude old woman at the reception to let me charge my phone at the hotel for at least 5 minutes, my phone's battery was dead. He was rude to me and wouldn't even let me charge my phone. Even if your last option is this hotel, do not choose this hotel. Instead of staying at this hotel, go to the train station and spend the night there. Because even the drunks on the street are much better than the disrespectful and rude people at this hotel reception. I hope this hotel goes completely bankrupt soon, a disgusting business that definitely doesn't deserve to make money.
