Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn't like the rooms. They were outdated and my children had a double room which was small with two queen beds and they didn't have enough walking room between the two beds. Also the linen didn't fit the bed properly nor do the housekeeper offer to change the linen.
My children really enjoyed the pool and the basketball goal that was in the pool. Also it is located across the street from Lenox Mall

United Statesthe toilet is as loud as a truck stop toilet when you flush it waking the whole floor up, there was a dirty rag right in the middle of the floor when we walked in and when my kids, wife and I went to get something out of the car in the parking lot there were three guys smoking weed. I do not recommend this getto hotel, don’t let the name and look fool you. thanks goodness we stayed just for one night.

United States.The bed and pillows were horrible. Ive never slept on anything that uncomfortable. Staff was rude on check out. Paid for parking up front and still had to pay to park in garage. Spent over a hundred dollars for two days of parking. The whole hotel had a party type atmosphere and didn't get quiet until 3 in the morning

United StatesThat even tho there Was a lil situation that caused a delay in us checking in the room that I reserved online and could not get unfortunately due to there were no more avail and it was my birthday girls night out. However when I say that THEY TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY GIRLS! THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID MY ENTIRE VISIT! So I couldn't be more thankfull enough to say the least the Manager was above and beyond wonderful who sent wine and a Fruit/cheese tray to my room as we got ready for our night out as well as gave me 2 10$ gift cards for the Restaurant on site which we had dinner that night there and they made it wonderful for me too! So thank you so much for making turning 43 not so bad after all you guys! Yall need a raise that worked on nov 13th! Yall are amazing! And that business would crumble without you!
