The delicious dark chocolate brownies in M Club didn't come out until 1pm ...freshly baked from the kitchen :-))

Excellent customer service, the staff goes above and beyond. I'd especially like to callout Alicia at the front desk and Keisha in the M Club. Thank you so much for your extra efforts, I'll definitely be booking at this location in the future. This kind of support makes my business trips a breeze!

We saw something on our sheets and comforter. The supervisor herself came to see and changed everything for us within 10 minutes!! Amazing service

I didn't like the rooms. They were outdated and my children had a double room which was small with two queen beds and they didn't have enough walking room between the two beds. Also the linen didn't fit the bed properly nor do the housekeeper offer to change the linen.

My children really enjoyed the pool and the basketball goal that was in the pool. Also it is located across the street from Lenox Mall

That there was not a microwave in the room, the ice machine did not work on our floor, we had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice and it cost $22 per person to eat breakfast as much as that room cost it should have been complimentary.

It was a crossed the street to the mall.

the toilet is as loud as a truck stop toilet when you flush it waking the whole floor up, there was a dirty rag right in the middle of the floor when we walked in and when my kids, wife and I went to get something out of the car in the parking lot there were three guys smoking weed. I do not recommend this getto hotel, don’t let the name and look fool you. thanks goodness we stayed just for one night.

The rooms were smaller than pictured, the view was horrible. Pool was overrated and didn’t look clean. I was over charged from the price I was told, staff wasn’t helpful. Coffee maker present in room but was charged for coffee.

On May 14 I checked in I stayed for one night however I was charged for two. I called Tuesday the 17 and was told the account manager would call me back. I called back today because he never called bck

.The bed and pillows were horrible. Ive never slept on anything that uncomfortable. Staff was rude on check out. Paid for parking up front and still had to pay to park in garage. Spent over a hundred dollars for two days of parking. The whole hotel had a party type atmosphere and didn't get quiet until 3 in the morning

That even tho there Was a lil situation that caused a delay in us checking in the room that I reserved online and could not get unfortunately due to there were no more avail and it was my birthday girls night out. However when I say that THEY TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY GIRLS! THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID MY ENTIRE VISIT! So I couldn't be more thankfull enough to say the least the Manager was above and beyond wonderful who sent wine and a Fruit/cheese tray to my room as we got ready for our night out as well as gave me 2 10$ gift cards for the Restaurant on site which we had dinner that night there and they made it wonderful for me too! So thank you so much for making turning 43 not so bad after all you guys! Yall need a raise that worked on nov 13th! Yall are amazing! And that business would crumble without you!

Awful customer service！ I left my personal stuff and try to call the front desk for help. I called them over three times and all they did just push the buck to each other. Pls don’t bring anything important with you if you insist to live in this hotel!

The rooms were out dated, old sock left in the room from a previous stay, tv did not work first day and half of my stay and I had to call 3 times till eventually I went downstairs to speak with the front desk about it. Staff not to knowledge and lacked customer service skills.
