The Bathroom Could've Been A Little Cleaner And There Was Some Dirty Spots On The Bed And On The Cover. There Was Some Dirty Spots On The Stand In Between The Beds And The Bottom Of The Bathroom Sink Other Than That Theres Not Many Negative Reviews We WILL Stay Again.

The Staff Was Very Friendly And Welcoming Breakfast Was AMAZING I Love Sausage Gravy And Biscuits. Coffee Was Great I LOVE That They Have WAFFLES Instead Of Pancakes My Boys LOVED The Pool. Parking Was Great Plenty Of Room And Love That They Have A Sauna And Tanning Bed Very Clean

It was great, but when you want a non smoking room and then have our window right by a smoking area that makes no sense. They did do something about the weed smoking but it was going on the whole 4 nights we stayed.

We had a first floor room. It was great, when I called the front desk they were more than helpful.

Need to update beds in the room. beds are a little worn out. Try to use a pillow topper to resupport the mattress.. In pool room . they need to do some maintenance work. Hot tub was. Open, but the jets did not work.. Need to do some maintenance work in the poorer area to the ceiling. There is some cosmetic damage..

The location was great The staff was great. Paul was headed pool that was nice. Very clean. Big in door pool with hot tub Overall, I had a good time and would stay there again.

Noisy location, people smoking in rooms all Over the property. Hot tub was green. Pain peeling in the bathroom and roof rot above the pool.

We were here for 5 nights we enjoyed ourselves the pool and hot tub could use some cleaning but other than that no complaints breakfast was really good and having Hennys right next door was very convenient would definitely stay here again great location wish the town had Uber tho also we loved the decor we went on the train ride in Cumberland that was fun also

I was told that the hot but was working upon arrival, but it was not. The control was not working at all so it could not be turned up and it was not heated to a safe temperature, which could have caused germs.

I didn't like the fact that I had to wipe down literally everything thing in the room. It just could have been a LOT CLEANER.

The staff was amazing, Aaron in the kitchen was so funny and sweet. And Ms.Patty I was really nice as well.

1990s dated conference center lodging - with several large groups booking in who hung out in hallways at night until someone from the office came down the hall. Bathroom was very small. Needs updating. Desk and facilities staff were having an argument when I checked out and didn't even the line of people standing there.

Central to the area I was in for two days, so convienent to food, gas, etc. I had stayed here years ago for a conference but for a solo traveler it's not ideal in some areas of the property. Price point was good for two night stay.

Hallways smelled like smoke and bad odors.. our room was non smoking and that was ok.. the hallways were horrible.. very dimly lit halls.. and the carpet was very outdated and not clean We also used the pool which was not heated and the jets on the hot tub didn’t work.. front desk lady said the owner was eventually going to make the whole place non smoking, so once they get rid of the carpets and everything associated with those rooms, then maybe the smells would go away

The hotel itself is older and it shows its age.

The indoor pool and sauna were fantastic for my family. The rooms were clean and everything worked.
