Was told prior to arrival that 24 hour airport shuttle was available - asked to schedule a 4:45 a.m. shuttle at check in & was told shuttle only operated from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm/had to arrange/pay for an Uber shuttle in the end. Please be transparent on actual shuttle services.

The walls are thin - we could hear voices, TV, a squeaky toy, and a yapping dog. Big cockroach in the hall. Bathroom fixtures are very worn.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The only downside was no breakfast. There is a little "store-like" place and we bought stuff to munch on and coffee was free. But, sometimes eating something hot just makes things a little better. Either way, it won't keep us from staying again.

We liked that the hotel is close to the airport. We stayed and left our car while we went away. They took care of my car, and the price was excellent, for parking and our stay. This is the 2nd time we've stayed because of the staff, location, and cleanliness and the bed was amazing. Especially after a long flight home, sleeping in a comfy bed was a bonus. We will definitely stay again whether we are flying out or just staying the weekend to enjoy San Antonio!!

No complaints, it was good for what we needed, a place close to the airport at a reasonable price.

Great location, less than 10 minutes from the airport. When we arrived, we took a quick Uber, and then when we had to go back to the airport, they were able to provide a shuttle. It's about a 20-30 minute drive to the main Downtown/Riverwalk area, which felt fine given we had a car. Parking is free. Rooms were spacious. Wi-fi was strong. It was great to have a fridge, microwave for some leftovers we had.

The receptionist is also the shuttle driver and so may need to wait until they are not busy to pick you up.

Only five mins to the airport w/ an airport shuttle. The room was spacious, cozy and had nice furnishings. There is also a gym on site.

The AC in the room didn't work. It was warm in the room. Housekeeping came to our room at 9 am , check out is much later. Even while still getting ready they were back at my door wanting to get in.

Liked mostly everything but the Hotel just has that old smell to it.

Staff was really nice and helpful, room was a great size, bed was comfy, but you can tell the hotel is outdated. Good place to stay if you are needing to be close to the airport. Staff will shuttle you and pick you up upon request. Didn't have to wait long at all either!

The shower head in the room I stayed in may need to be looked at. There isn't a way to get it to use all the holes, so either it's really focused with a hard central spray, or it has a diffuse spray that only uses the bottom half of the holes on the shower head nozzle. The hotel can't really do anything about this, but the person above me got up at around 6 and sounded like they were stomp-running a marathon in their room - it woke me up and I had to put ear plugs in to go back to sleep.

The bed was extremely comfortable and everything looked clean.
