Kick back was excellent and delicious. That’s a plus and an incentive to come back but it would be nice if it could stay open till later. At least be able to redeem your drinks and some snacks.

Breakfast was excellent, tasty and there was a variety of food each day. We really enjoy eating breakfast everyday.

Everything was good.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bus shuttles to the park was great with many times available throughout the day. The breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the kick back food and drinks for the adults. The restaurant and convenient store was nice to have as an option too!

As someone from the UK, wasnt aware initially of the complimentary coffee station downstairs.

Great location - ok its not onsite like one of the Disney hotels, but I do nt see it as a problem, transport to all parks was great and also easy walking distance to Disney Springs and you can still into the parks for opening. Great hotel for those needing a larger room with new facilities and included breakfast - a real bonus you get to make your own mickey waffles!!

Not enough value for cost - food below par, and the extra parking fees ($25 per day) charged upon arrival not mentioned when prepaying on Booking.com app (which adds up). Per app paid in full with nothing due upon arrival.

Very clean - with room service each day of stay, friendly staff, nice view from upper floor window especially at night, no added resort fees.

Everything about the property was amazing, the location, the cleanliness, the organization, but the staff was definitely something else, every single one of the employees I interacted with were great, always smiling and making sure you’re having the best experience possible. I had requested to stay in one of the higher level rooms (if possible, of course) for personal reasons and they went above and beyond and put us in the highest one even though they had no obligation or need to do that, truly blessing. Very thankful.

Clean!!! Exceptional property with all the amenities! The patio area was fantastic with an outdoor bar and grill, nice pool area, splash pad, and nightly views of the fireworks!

Fantastic hotel for visiting Disney. We didn’t use the shuttle buses as we were meeting friends at set times but Uber was easy and quick. The buses seemed to run really well though. Really clean hotel with loads of facilities. We didn’t really benefit from any of the extras like the kickback as we had full park days but it’s great that they offer that. Would definitely stay again. Amazing view of the Disney Springs drone show from our window!

Room was a little dated, the 5.30 kickback was understandably busy and the area that it is held in does feel like a canteen. Its a shame you cant use the drink vouchers at the bar if you want to avoid the food area.

We had a quick Disney stop in Orlando before flying back to the UK and this hotel was perfect for us wanting to visit Disney Springs and Hollywood Studios. They have regular shuttles between all the disney resorts. Staff were friendly and food was really good at the bar. Breakfast was nice and the 5.30 kickback is a fantastic touch. Room was a good size and comfortable. We will stay here again if we visit orlando again

Breakfast was a plus and save us on eating out. I just wish they had served bacon on one of the days. The shuttle buses to the Disney parks was one of the reasons we chose this location.
