The construction noise especially during one day of our stay. It was just above us and the hotel didn't seem busy enough for us to be placed in a room so close to it. Having the construction noise and the water shut off was inconvenient and wish there had been some compensation like free big water bottles and a store voucher. The TV was frustrating to use. We wished the pool was open a bit earlier and later.

We really like the space and layout, having a full useable kitchen. We enjoyed that there was no smoking and casino. We like the convenience of the store on site although a bit expensive. We really like the pool.

It would have been nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Wished the soaking tub was a whirlpool. We had trouble twice with the safe but both times someone came to fix it fairly quickly.

Loved the fact that there were no casinos in hotel so we didn’t have to contend with the crowds, noise, and smoke. Loved having a full kitchen, soaking tub, dining table.

Might have been better with breakfast and check-out at noon. They have a deli where we were able to purchase a good breakfast.

We got upgraded to a suite with an amazing view of the city and surrounding mountains on the 17th floor. Beautiful suite, relaxing hotel pool, helpful staff and good location not far from the airport and downtown.

Didn't like the 10am checkout. Most places we've stayed at, it's at 11. 10 seems too early.

Loved the free parking. Place was clean. Room was big, bed comfortable. Toilet paper was a bit thin but that's hotels for you. I liked the text messaging service that connected you to the front desk. Easier than trying to call.

Maybe the pool can work a bit later.. let’s say to sunset. If you are staying just for a night like me, you don’t have time to use it.

Everything was super clean. I like the smart way you can operate everything on the TV + the WiFi. Recommend!

No restaurant on-site. Not much healthy (low-carb diet) grab and go meals at the market downstairs. Maybe adding in continental breakfast at the market would be beneficial for guests.

First thing I loved when arriving was that there was a room already available for me ^_^ Check-in is at 4PM and I arrived at 10AM (early). So I was ecstatic having a room ready and not having to wait around. I picked this location because it was close to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. I could literally see the festival setup at a distance from my window, which was cool. The studio (2 queens) room was decent and met my expectations. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and sink available in the room. No oven or stove though. Loved the cozy beds! I liked that I could text the staff if I had any questions or requests. That was really convenient and they were always quick to respond. The closest monorail station is the Westgate, just a 3 min walk through the parking lot or garage. Loved that! Even if the hotel is at the end of the strip, with the monorail, it's so convenient getting to anywhere on the strip. I also enjoyed the quiet lounge room in the hotel. I had a late flight so I lounged there until it was time for me to leave to the airport. It's about a 14min drive to/from the airport without traffic. The deli market/store was great for a quick snack/bite, but not so much if you want a sit down meal with a menu full of options. I would walk to the Westgate for the closest restaurant.

LOVED the quiet location. The walk to the monorail was two minutes away so we could head into the strip in fifteen minutes. No casino in this hotel and I loved it! If you want to gamble, option to walk to the Westgate Hotel (another two minute walk). We were here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center with our daughter for the weekend and it was really nice to be in a relaxing smokefree hotel that I didn't have to walk a mile to get to my room. There was also a kitchen with all the amenities in our unit. Beyond our expectation. Thank you, Hilton. We will be back!

I didn't like that the windows wouldn't open, especially because there was no cooling unit in the room to create white noise. There was a dial thermostat, but the forced air didn't come out very strong, so it was difficult to cool the room. They did, however, end up providing us with a couple of fans for the room, which took care of the white noise and temperature situation. The bathroom was tiny, and the beds weren't super comfy. Also, the hottub wouldn't heat up, which was a little disappointing.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel and pool were quiet and uncrowded and clean. We enjoyed the lounge areas and cafe/store. The kitchenette was a nice feature, and the proximity to the monorail was super convenient! The shower pressure was amazing, and they provided a light-up magnifying mirror for putting make-up on, which I really appreciated!

The shop down stairs isn't 24/7 and the pool closes early, but I get those people want to go home and see their families to.

It is so close to the strip , an easy walking distance, staying off the strip saved us money and its very affordable. Staff greeted you every time you came back into the building and housekeeping was always polite and respectful.

The smoke area being near the pool and my toddler had to inhale smoke while we were trying to enjoy pool time. Also, pool hours for Vegas is too short.

The property was clean well kept.
