We were thrilled with this hotel! From the moment we entered the hotel and checked in, until the time we left, we were pleased wherever we went. Our room was expansive, comfortable, convenient and what a view! That balcony was wonderful. We especially want to shout out to Carl at the reception desk for his warm friendly attitude, and willingness to help with any issue, day or night!

I would have preferred a typical hotel breakfast where we serve ourselves instead of a restaurant with vouchers. The choices were limited for a picky 12 year old kid. Also the pool is "in" the restaurant; divided by a glass wall, plants and tables but was just "odd". A hot tub would've been nice. Also we were too early for the outside pools to be open

The suite was great. A separate living room with table for eating too, a full kitchen with a keurig, a full bath with jacuzzi tub, a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a wonderful balcony with a great ocean view

Omg. The service was sooooooooo slow and zero accommodations or flexibility with the menu! Even though items were listed on the menu you couldn’t get them! No substitutions! Not even a side Caesar in place of a starch/veggie. And even though salmon was on the menu…you couldn’t get it on a salad. Weird. Breakfast was the same way so I didn’t eat breakfast. And kids eat free is bogus. We didn’t get a free meal even though 2 main entrees were ordered. Still had to pay full price! And the restaurant is next to the indoor pool so all you smell is chlorine while you’re eating!!

Didn’t need the soaking tub, prefer a simple shower but none available at the time.

We were easily changed from a king size bed room to a 2 bed unit so we could have full ocean view.

Pool was right at the restaurant. Chlorine smell was unpleasant, and noisy while trying to eat.

The property was right on the boardwalk. Rooms were serviced daily. Suites were comfortable. Food was good.

Unfortunately, probably will not be going during the season as the nightly prices actually double.

The room was priced for before the season occupancy. We had a two-bed suite with an adjoining sitting room with pull-out sofa bed, table and three chairs with full size kitchen appliances. From the balcony, we could see the ocean.

The lighting was a underwhelming and sometimes the switches were hard to get to. The balcony view required looking beyond the pool -- in the summer, that's probably not a negative but in the winter, with the pool closed, it is unattractive. The indoor pool was very popular with the kids (not mine) so we did not venture into it. Also, it was very odd to have the pool right next to the restaurant.

The room was very spacious with ample furnishings and kitchen implements. The location was very convenient to the beach. The balcony furniture was clean. The beds were just firm enough and the bed covers were very comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful.

The indoor swimming pool was inside the restaurant and was cold because the restaurant doors needs to be opened the whole time. Restaurant food was awful and took too long but they took care of it when I complained:)

Location was nice right on the boardwalk. The suit was spacious and it has a kitchen.

We did not like the restaurant food and service, the restaurant needs a lot of updating and better service and definitly a better food.

The room was excellent, the free guest laundry service and location were all great. The staff was very friendly. There was achange in the pool water temperature. The pool water was perfect and we really enjoyed time at the pool.
