No mini fridge in our room, the parking lot was in terrible condition lots of potholes.

No microwave or mini fridge in our King room. Our toilet in 410 also wasn't the best at flushing.

The few disappointing things involved our room... I was very displeased with how stiff and uncomfortable the bedding was. Just felt very cheap/rough and nothing comfortable enough to get a good night sleep which added to my frustration of the AC not working properly in our room. We had it set at cool and 62 but the room stayed at 72 and felt extremely stuffy to the point where I was up feeling suffocated most of the night. It was cool outside too so I'm unsure why the hotel room was so hot and stuffy. I'd hate to stay there in the summer months if the AC system has issues. Also we had trouble using the wifi so my kids couldn't watch their tablets. 😞

The entire hotel staff (especially Patty who truly went above and beyond), the restaurant, the easy and fast access to service, the beautiful grounds, the pool, and the breakfast buffet were all so amazing and it made my kids feel like the hotel was their home away from home which of course thrilled us. I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. You have to rent them In I was going to rent it but they didn't have any the wifi was trash as well so my kids was a little unhappy . Smh

Everything was cool. It was just a few little issue hopefully they can fix for other people

Saw a couple lady bugs in the room, didn't expect to see them but nothing like the other reviews were saying.

Apparently the heater for the hot tub has been broken for some time and we were disappointed that while the jets in the tub were powerful the water was, as a sign warned, "swimming pool temperature." Unclear why the pool doesn't open til 9 AM; would have appreciated earlier access.

Clean, well maintained property which was pleasantly quiet despite being pretty full on the weekend of our stay. We enjoyed the pool and its setting. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, spacious room, views of nearby mountains. We did not purchase breakfast but $10 for a full buffet seemed reasonable and the restaurant is sunlit and welcoming.

entrance carpet as well as the elevator carpet were dirty, the elevator especially was dirty, the dirt in the corners looked it had not been done for very long time. I stayed there last year and same issues???? The rug in the bedroom did not look to clear either

It needs to be updated. There was a musty smell in room. Kept bathroom fan on. Found mold in ceiling corner behind door. (Notified staff). Room wasn't vacuumed. Staff came in and vacuumed after calling.

The only thing I did not like was the mattress. It felt like I could feel the box spring all night. That left me not getting a great nights sleep.

It was a very clean place. The lobby looked great the rooms were great and it was a fantastic place to stay.

The executive suites with ample room.

Xzavier at the front desk. We have stayed here several times and have run into a situation almost every time. Each time Xzavier immediately looked into and resolved it. He is a big reason we return.
