Didn’t know facility was under upgrade construction so entry was in back and lots of dust.

Staff was super helpful with a late check in and a very early check out.

We had called ahead of time to make sure the pool was open, because we were taking our great niece with us, and our sole purpose was for her to swim. They told us yes. When we showed up it was not open. They did send us next-door to the other hotel, but that pool was freezing cold and crowded. We bought two beers from the bar and it was almost $14. I’ve paid that much in bigger cities but I did not expect that for Richmond Indiana. 

The hotel was clean, and the room was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable.

Fair bit of highway noise, breakfast not very enticing, ate elsewhere. Website says has restaurant but better read the fine print about it only being for breakfast and calling it a restaurant is pushing it.

Pool was out of order. Charge for breakfast. Stairs led directly to an outside door so you had to reenter from front door but good weather made that a nonfactor. Could have been inconvenient if that weather had been bad.

Easy access to Interstate. Good breakfast choices. Comfortable bed. Decent shower. Close to restaurants. Easy registration on line. Room was ready right eon my arrival. Staff was quick to replace a missing TV control and offered a free breakfast ticket for my brief inconvenience.

Air conditioning blower fan made a loud buzz when switched to high but the fan would not change from low speed. Room got a little warm. There was no pamphlets explaining attractions or information about the hotel. Furniture wasn’t comfortable in the room.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large.

The highway noise kept me up most of the night. There is also a train crossing somewhere nearby, the train horn would blow every now and then. Also for the price, it should have had a free breakfast.

Was a little difficult to find. The entrance (driveway to the hotel) was somewhat hidden and not clearly marked.

The location was great, close to major highway. Restaurants close by. Staff was nice.

It was clean in general, but they’re not taking very good care of it. There were marks on the walls, buttons that didn’t work, dirty crevices in the shower…

Not sure about cleanliness. I found a pair of jeans and a woman top on the floor in the closet and a bottle of drink behind the tv cabinet. Front staffs can be a little friendlieŕ.

Bed, room size, amenities such as fridge and microwave, hotel ambiance over all and decor. Room doesn't have bad smelll which was great.

I ordered breakfast at front desk a scramble bowl with changes, no potatoes, with wheat toast for myself and bowl of oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar for my son. Got a return call saying there wasn't any oatmeal, so I asked for cereal, they didn't have any of them either. Truck delivery delay. He offered small yogurt in place, I said my son might not even eat the yogurt. I picked it up at the front desk and gave everything to my son (he ate all of it) and I ate my leftover lunch salad from the day before. They did charge for the oatmeal and the tax, so I had them delete it, but the tax wasn't removed. It wasn't too much so I didn't complain 🤷.

The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The custodial staff were so nice, honest and super friendly. I forgot toothpaste and the front desk staff brought me compliment toothpaste at 11pm. The room was clean, bed 🛌 comfortable, pretty firm bed. Pool clean and warm, pool room was a bit cold but nice and clean. We didn't use the fitness room. We stayed in August 2021 just 1 day. Glad we choose this hotel.

The clerk didn’t actually check us in and subsequently assigned our room to another guest. It was not great when that guest tried to enter our room at 5am. Didn’t like that.

On one side of the bed, there was coffee spilled that was on the wall. You could still smell it, which made me concerned about the cleanliness of the bed.

Veronica was amazing at check in! She was so sweet and friendly.

I was satisfied with my stay no issues.

I did not get to try the breakfast. The whole atmosphere was very nice. The staff I encountered was very courteous and so helpful.
