Parking detached from hotel but relatively short walk.

Clean and GREAT ARTWORK throughout resort. It never seemed crowded (except for check in Fri late afternoon the weekend of music festival), nice shopping area/stores and lots of restaurants throughout, including Starbucks that my daughter can’t live without. The room was modern, clean and a great size bathroom! It was quiet and hallways very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again❣️

I dont think there was anything we did not like about the hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. We are planning another trip to Vegas for the month of June and are excited about getting a room here.

Check-in/out waiting time could be improved. Casino pay out % could be better ;-)

Lots of restaurant options, good beds, clean. Starbucks near parking garage entrance. Pool area and pool bar great ! Staff helpfull, although check-in/out area very busy almost all the time.

We were woken up after 8 am by the housekeeper asking what time we were leaving. A very unpleasant awakening.

The fact that the room was lame. Ypu could not have on a soft light u less u had the hall light on. Made zero sense. The doors were so heavy and in the way. There was no fan in the bathroom. Weird. No tub. The worst thing is that concierge basically did not exist. I fact I am still waiting for the call back from the first morning. It was extremely understaffed. God forbid we wanted food delivered to our room or anything for that matter. Oh. And the strip view was a direct view to Trumps lonely ugly hotel. Lol

I loved the casino as well as the restaurant & lounges.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room or at least complimentary water on arrival. Instead we paid $9.50 for water in the hotel shop. Also complimentary toiletries were refillable bottles screwed to the wall which always makes me dubious of the actual contents. We tried to check out via the account on our TV to save time on our last day but couldn’t as it was before 11am. Instead we had to queue for 15 mins at the front desk. Great idea if it worked.

The lobby area and the pool area were fantastic. Beautiful entrance and staff were great. The whole complex was kept extremely clean and tidy.

Once you got downstairs to the restaurants the food was extremely expensive, over $100.00 for breakfast. Parking was expensive too. However, the good room price did offset this a bit and it wouldn’t put me off returning.

The Tesla Loop to the Convention Center was the greatest surprise of my stay.

The strip view was phenomenal. The rooms are so nice and the beds are comfortable. The whole hotel smells wonderful. Very luxurious hotel

The bathroom does not have an exhaust and it's surprising it does not have one! We had a bad experience because we had an unauthorized charge on our room but thankfully it was reversed right away.

The breakfast in Junior's was a OK not that great but of course we expect the hotel price is higher versus going to just regular breakfast place. The pool was amazing! We had so much fun!

The staff was very blah at the front desk. The workers were encountered getting food and things were super kind and friendly though!

It was super close to the festival grounds which is why we were there. A lot of food options ranging from super high to low and everything in between inside the hotel. Definitely a great experience here and good location that’s not directly in the middle of the chaos. Plus the security level of needing the key card to get anywhere in the elevator was nice to know not just anyone can go up! Definitely felt very safe and comfortable

I really couldn't think of anything I didn't like about the property.

I didn't have breakfast at the property so I can't say. The property itself was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

I had to wait for my room unless I paid extra, then they would let me know latest 4pm when the room would be ready. I never got any communication about this. I had to ogo to reception at 6PM to get my room. Unacceptable. Then I got a room somewhere tucked away as if it was a spare room... The swimming pool was completely full on Friday and two pools were closed for events. I paid to be able to lie and sit at the pool...

There was no business center so it was not very comfortable to have meetings in the hotel. Also the previous times I stayed there was a nice like Indian type corner at the Famous Foods but they shut it down and replaced for a fish&chips

It is right across the street of the LVCC so it is just a 10min walk or a few minutes ride with the LOOP. The hidden Here Kitty Kitty bar is a very nice place to have a few drinks to pause, talk and plan for the next day
