We were pleasantly surprised with the Marriott Grand Chateau. This hotel is quite nice and steps away from the strip. Valet parking was very convenient. Kyle checked us in and he was absolutely lovely. He was able to give us a late check out and made sure we knew about all the amenities that the Marriott had to offer as well as all the MANY daily activities for adults and children. Their activity schedule is very impressive. The lobby is large and bright with several bars, restaurants and a snack shop that has delicious gelato. Our room was fantastic. It was very spacious and clean with a small kitchenette. They provide a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. There is silverware, coffee cups, drinking glasses and supplies including sponges, dish soap and paper towels. The pool areas are super clean and have plenty of lounge chairs. The small pool on the 38th floor has fantastic views. The fitness center is also well equipped. Next time we go to Vegas we would stay here instead of a casino. They have everything you could possibly need and no resort fees.

There was some litter in the corridor to our room and it was never cleanup during our entire stay.

The Marriott Grand Chateau is located close to the action of “The Strip” without putting you in the middle of the action. It was perfect for us during our recent week-long visit to Las Vegas. The hotel is just off the Strip but still very close to casinos, restaurants, shopping, and all the other amenities you’re likely need during your stay. The hotel does not have a casino on site which we really liked because it made for a much quieter environment and getting to your room was much easier without having to walk thru a smoky casino. The hotel has no resort fee and provides free parking. There’s no self-park but the valets did a great job parking and retrieving our car. We had a one bedroom suite with full kitchen. Our room had 2 flat-screen TV’s, acceptable Wi-Fi washer and dryer, and a great shower. The sofa bed was exceptionally comfortable for sleeping, one of the best we have encountered. Check-in and check-out was efficient and friendly. They only provide housekeeping every other day but the housekeeping staff did a good job looking after our room. The elevators were very good with minimal wait times. They were able to extend our checkout time from 10am to noon which we appreciated.

we booked the family suite in this hotel, and it was an excellent idea. the location is excellent, just a few meters from the strip, and the apartment was amazing. the hotel offers all the services needed on a vacation in Las Vegas, and the staff was extremely kind in giving us all the information we needed. excellent value for money, absolutely recommended!

The rates could be cheaper. The advertisement seemed as if we were renting one unit with two separate rooms inside and one entryway. What we received is actually two units that are joined by a shared doorway.

You had a walk across a couple of roads to reach the Vegas Strip. This did mean that it was a quiet location.

Not happy that all my colleague’s clothing was damaged in the washing machine in our rooms. Yeah they had them dry cleaned but they were still damaged.

Everything was fantastic. The inside of the elevator doors could be shined up but that was really minor. Also, a safe walking passage to cross the street to the indoor mall would be nice. A walkway over the traffic would be a great addition. Some of the drivers coming out of the sub-parking area of the mall were agressive - this was across the street, and kitty-corner, from the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We enjoyed the fact there was no casino inside the hotel. The food in the hotel's restaurant was tasty - nice simple selection too. The level 5 pool and bar service was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing to dislike.

The room 3 bedroom villa was spacious and clean. All the staff from valet, front desk, housekeeping, all employees were very nice and accommodating. This hotel is a genuine diamond in the rough of the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.

Slightly older hotel that could do with a little modernising

Easy access from the Airport and close to the strip. Due to CES taxi wait times was a little bit challenging. Helpful staff with the right can do attitude meant for a good stay

Food choices are quite expensive however quality and service was good.

Location was brilliant, clean, spacious and comfortable in the 2 bedroom villa. would stay again. Free valet parking and no resort fees unlike other Vegas properties.
