Arzu is a warm and welcoming hostess. She genuinely cares about her guests. She provides a wealth of information about where to go and what to see. The property is like a collective Airbnb: a shared kitchen and living room with 4 individual bedrooms and bathrooms. So you can cook “at home” for any meal you like. The basics are provided: coffee, bread, fruit. Add to it as you see fit.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Arzu, our host, kept in contact with us prior to our visit and met us on our arrival. She explained everything about the property and also gave us loads of great tips about what to see and what to avoid. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable meeting our expectations based on the very competitive price. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Miami and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Miami.

Arzu was a great host! The whole process and communication since the booking were exceptional. The place is well located with a 4 min bus stop nearby that will take you everything. Arzu welcome us and made us feel like we were at home.

Not a question of “not like” but be aware that there is quite a steep flight of stairs up to the property with no alternative access, so it wouldn’t be suitable for someone in a wheelchair or who couldn’t climb stairs.

Location was good, pretty near the beach and very close to supermarket. Spotlessly clean, Arzu cleaned all the time! She kept the place immaculate. There’s a kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge, and Arzu provides a few basics for breakfast (bread, fruit, butter, tea, coffee) which was really useful. Arzu was the friendliest most helpful host ever :)))

Just a note that the bathroom for the room with two double beds off the kitchen Is actually across the shared kitchen. it wasn’t a problem because there’s only one other room off the kitchen and we never saw them, but just a note. I believe it’s the only room without the bathroom en suite.

We loved the calm, casual atmosphere as well as the personal touch of someone on site to greet (and chat with) us. We’ll be back!

Place was smaller than we thought. My friends got too hot in their room but I was fine. And the stairs to the rooms made luggage difficult (but Arzu helped!)

Arzu was very responsive, accommodating, and was there for us with anything we needed. She took time to know her guests. She deserves the world! She really was the best thing about the stay

The B&B was conveniently located 2 blocks from Ocean Drive in SoBe. The host Arzu was in contact with us before our arrival and during our stay keeping us informed regarding Spring Break and local eateries and restaurants. She was extremely helpful in checking us in and when we checked out.

Rooms are very small but sufficient to sleep in. Air conditioning might give out from time to time but is always fixed very quickly.

Very nice option to stay right in Miami Beach close to ocean drive. Super close to everything with an exceptionally nice and welcoming hostess that will help you with everything. Free complimentary food items and clean common kitchen area with spacious cooking area.

We had a great time at Arzu‘s place! It’s very conveniently located, close to the beach and Ocean Drive. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Arzu welcomed us very warmly and we were able to store our bags ahead of check in. Arzu also gave us some great recommendations for our trip to the Keys. Would definitely stay here again!

Our host Arzu was great - really friendly, attentive and helpful. Great breakfast facilities offered too - we had cereal/toast/yoghurt and fruit each morning which was a great start to the day. Property consists of several rooms with a homely lounge area, kitchen and two dining areas. Very secure and fantastic location - literally 5 minutes walk from Ocean Drive. Miami is expensive and this was good value for money compared to other alternatives. Good little shops nearby for coffee/little supermarket.
