Construction going on which is not mentioned on website hsve to walk around entire building to get to one different area because of the construction. Fire alarm was pulled no communication as to what happened. dirty towels dirty room tiny tv barely any channels

The staff was great if not been for them I would not have stayed this hotel is way below the modern standards I say the location was great but the position of the hotel in relation to its signage is confusing and illy located!

The location was the best aspect of this property! The facility weather being remodeled or not is not what I believe is Wyndam standards!

Not really a breakfast, even though it was advertised: Available was Coffee, Cheerios and bran boxes. Two slices of toast left at 8:15am. No plates available though.

The property seems to be undergoing some renovations and there was construction dust everywhere. The door in our bathroom looked like it had been punched. The room next door was being worked on, so there was quite a bit of noise.

The cost was lower than most others in the area. It was sufficient for a single night.

Could not get a clean blanket one had a cigarette but the other had a nasty stain the third was left on the hallway floor because they brought it while we were at dinner. Took 45 mins to get extra towels. The staff tried to take care of the situation but after 3 times it gets annoying and you are just over it.

The pool was open and it’s near the airport and about 15 mins from downtown Grand Rapids

That one of our rooms didn't have a bathroom door. Keys worked half the time. Doors to the room wa a my latching shut. No towels in the rooms.

Needs a good cleaning. Our room was ok but the remote had no batteries in it or back to it took it to the lobby they found a back for it but no batteries was told maintenance would bring some. Never did ended up go to a gas station and buying our own. Toilet wouldn’t flush so we had to take the top of the tank off to get it to flush. Pool was nice but again needs a good cleaning. And had to ask for towels in the pool area. Main areas hallways and stairwells need to be vacuumed and steam cleaned lots and lots of debris and stains.

They staff was ok was told they got a new GM a week ago after the old GM ran it into the ground.

The stains on every chair in the room. The bathroom door was hung wonky, which made it difficult to open and close properly without alot of noise.

Cleanliness and quality of the property were poor. Large hole in the carpeting, stained sheets, holes in the bathroom door, damaged furniture, musty smelling hallways, graffiti in the elevator. Someone on our level was smoking even though we requested non smoking. TV remote had no batteries. There is also no included breakfast. The back door never locked so anyone could come in and out of the property. Definitely wasn’t worth the money I spent for a one night stay.

Location was good. Close to the airport and everything in Grand Rapids.

Property was not taken care of at all. Other guests smoking inside the property when its a no smoking facility & my 13 year old sister said there was a guest smoking a cigarette literally right in the elavator with her in it . Ice machines didn’t work at all very out dated. Blades found on 3rd floor couple rooms down from mine.Very loud guests slamming doors & talking very loudly out in the hallway during the middle of the night. Carpet was very dirty in room & in hallways. Bathroom had a very odd smell & shower was not cleaned properly.

Nice staff , very helpful! Check in & check out went smooth. Early / late pool hours.

Fire alarm went off at 6am for 30 minutes. No fire. Someone put a clothes hangar thru a sprinkler head.

The staff was very nice but it was not as clean as I had expected or reflected in the pictures. It looks like there are flowers and clean rooms but it’s behind a bunch of buildings. And looked completely different than the pictures.

This place was disgusting. The room smelled like urine. Ir was terrible. The room was just gross overall and we left and went to another hotel. This was terrible.
