We cooked breakfast in our room, which was perfect!

The property was not as kept up as the pictures tended to show. Nothing major, just more rust than expected around the property, fair amount of scrapes and scuff marks throughout, what has been touched up was not a good refresh.

Location was exactly what I expected. Parking was close enough and everything was in working order.

Jacuzzi in king room eats up a good bit of floor and there was no closet, I assume because the Jacuzzi needed its space. We changed rooms but we had to settle for king room with no kitchen....won't do that again Also, no ice on any floor. Had to go across street to buy bags of ice. Hate to say it, but maybe we've seen the best days of this hotel. We've been coming since it was The Legacy and many years back. I hope I'm wrong.

Stay here every year because of past experiences and excellent location. This yeast, however, was a bit disappointing.

The WiFi is not the best, Thunder week was right across the hotel so there was constant noise. Shower head stopped working at some point.

View of the beach was nice, close to good attractions.

The valet was understaffed and slow but extremely nice.

It was a pain to park sometime the underground parking was only for extra money and I think it should be part of the deal.

It was just like in the pictures, the staff were nice.

The property was dirty from the time we got there. The bathroom floor had hair on it from the time we got there. It smelled clean but I didn’t feel clean there. Also, the main bed was in the room closest to the road which was busy all night long. I feel the couch should’ve been in that space and the main bed on the ocean side. Thirdly parking is terrible!! If you can find a spot. One night I almost had to park in another lot across the street and pay $15 for it! You can count yourself lucky to get a spot each day and if you have to park on the street good luck getting out.

I liked it was on the beach. I wanted a kitchen space for us and it has that.

The water bugs was the only problem. I know this is something that can not be controlled due to moisture

I asked for late check out at 12 but housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:45 and again at 10:30. Also house keeping does not clean your room however if it's anything you need they can get it to you from the front desk.

I have visit this hotel numerous times and will continue to come back. Beautiful view to wake up in the morning. The staff was very friendly. The full kitchen with utensils included were great to have. Overall great experience.

I would have liked my room cleaned more often. If you aren’t going to clean the rooms everyday you should still make sure that your guests have everything they need. Every day we had to go to the front desk and ask for coffee. I also had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo. The pool was also very cold!

The cleanliness. The main issue was when we went to pull out the sofa bed, there was collected crumbs in it from what it looks like has been collected from prior attendees. Due to that we did not have the chance to use it. Also didn't feel like the floors were vacuumed or swept because when we took our sandals off we felt the sand on the floor but we hadn't at that time been near the beach.

The spacious room and that a full kitchen and utensils and dishes were included. Waking up to the view of the oceanfront/beach was amazing, the hotel is in a great location. The crew always greeted us no matter where we were or what we were doing. The checkout process was quick and simple.

Rooms need a good touch up. Microwave vent fell off. Tiolet seat scratched up. Dust on lights. Room outside balcony chairs cracked. The elevators took forever. Also had to change rooms bcuz it was a lot going on in the first room. Table legs very loose and lamp was proped up on a broken leg.

The beachfront view and location was great. The valet staff was very professional and nice.

Public spaces looking it worn. Not a luxury hotel, or what I think of when I see Radisson, but fine for my purposes and a great price.
