The staff helped me change rooms as soon as more people checked out & I really loved my second room.
Its a charming hotel in a great location. I like the court yard & little swimming pools. The staff was wonderful. My phone & CCs were stolen & the night clerk helped me contact my bank & CC co to shut the cards down ASAP. The entire staff let me use their phones & computer for the rest of my stay. I asked to move rooms & they were very accommodating.

They said kill it. It took us 2 days chasing it to kill it. Afraid to put our luggage down on floor so couldn’t sit in room at all. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Front desk said they would send someone. Never did. We have to fix it ourselves. Bed covers had holes in them.
It was easy walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. It was quiet.

It was a mini family reunion and everyone enjoyed our time together”Rooms were musty smelling, but it’s an old building. Wednesday night after going to bed, water began leaking from the ceiling. We informed the front desk. They responded quickly to the call. Arranged for us to move to another room. No one offered or helped move our luggage and belongings to the new room. It wasn’t far, but that is a misstep.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone from front desk to maintenance and housekeeping were always smiling with friendly greetings.

Germany45 ReviewsGoodApparently they don't service the rooms every day. In principle that is fine, BUT if that is the case, we need a bit more racks for the towels, so that they can properly dry when you hang them up.
We like to stay in historic buildings and Hotel St. Pierre was right for that. The personnel at the desk were quite friendly and helpful.
