As a frequent guest, this time I needed new sheets because of small stains on them. I would’ve preferred the staff member to redo the sheets but instead I was handed them to remove and replace myself. Also had to deal with hearing a loud guest late at night slamming doors but eventually the noise stopped. Cleaning staff should check behind the night stand, I saw uneaten goldfish crackers and an ear plug.

It appears that they’re doing updates to the property on the inside.

The liners for the shower floor need to be replaced. All night stands should be wiped down before a guest comes in. Towels should be replaced daily, or at least check to see if more are needed.

I pretty much covered it in my lengthy review.

I asked for a handicap room, with a shower, because I have back issues and bathtubs can be problematic for me. Apparently they're only two kinds of handicap rooms at the hotel, and I just happen to get the one that was the actual roll-in shower, which was okay, but as a result of the fact that it was handicap room, there was zero countertop space in the bathroom itself. My toiletry bag and makeup bag had to go on the chair that's provided for someone to sit on in the shower. Which I wasn't crazy about, and had to use a towel to cover the seat. On top of that, there were absolutely no tissues anywhere in the room. There was no plug to connect my laptop to in a spot that would be easy to reach for me, not to mention someone who is in a wheelchair. The only plug I could find at the desk, was one behind the desk, and because I couldn't crawl under the desk, I had to pull the desk out lean over and struggle to get the computer plugged in. The sheets also were slightly damp, which I know was the result of the high humidity, but it was still a little yuck. That's not really the fault of the hotel, but I just did want to Note it for anyone reading the view to not be caught by surprise if that happens to them. Ending on a positive note, the woman who checked me in, was absolutely fantastic in her greeting, her manner in dealing with me. She even told me that if I wasn't happy with the handicap room to come back and she would put me in a different one, apparently the system didn't tell her which handicap room was geared for wheelchair and the other for those who aren't in a wheelchair. But the woman behind the desk was totally awesome. She told me to come back, but I was exhausted, and had to go to a funeral for someone special the next day, and I just couldn't deal with it. I don't know that any of these points above would necessarily prevent me from staying at this hotel again, but I would definitely have to think twice about it.
