The breakfast was good and had a decent spread. The location was convenient for us as we were commuting to Cornell. The property is well laid out and clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious.

There should be some sort of vegetable to go with the egg product. Better quality whole grain bread product needs to be included. Chopped whole fruit and "real yogurt" needs to be included. Non fat yogurt is no longer considered healthy.

Breakfast was the worst part of my stay. Food offerings need to be more healthy, fresh, and brands used need to be upgraded. Coffee somewhat weak. Yogurt very sub- standard. Too many sugary and processed items.

The sofa-bed is not good, you can feel the mattress springs.

The staff are polite and prepared. The breakfast is good, the room is clean and wide. The shower is really good.

My only complaint about the hotel was my usual one about North American hotels - the breakfast included so many very sweet carbohydrates. The first day the breakfast also included plain scrambled eggs and bacon which was great. The second day the eggs came with a sweet cheese like sauce.

The location was excellent for us, as we were visiting relatives a short car ride away. The hotel was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The mall near by was very handy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Carpet was dirty and had lots of hair!!! If you allow pets, carpets shouldnt be used since pets shed a lot! Since pandemic, my wife’s been cleaning every hotel room we stay, everything was dusty from tables to chair.

Kitchenette was a plus for families, though we didnt use it. Pool was nice and hot breakfast was great too. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff were nice.

The staff was polite but not friendly. According to our reservation, breakfast was included. However, Faith, who checked us in, did not provide us with the information that is usually given in hotels during check-in. We had to come back and ask her about the breakfast details - location and time, and about a social hour on Wednesdays. She also did not mention the check-out time. Faith did not tell us that cleaning services would be done per request only. We noticed a sign about it in our room a day before our departure. The breakfast food options were limited, and the hot dishes were barely warm. If there were bananas offered in a fruit bowl for breakfast, usually 2-3 bananas at a time, they disappeared pretty quickly. For some reason, there was a limit on bananas.

The suite was nice, spacious, and clean. The kitchen in the room was equipped properly. On the last morning of our stay at the hotel, we saw two cleaning ladies, who were very friendly and cheerful, what we could not say about the front desk staff.

I was unable to use the pool and jacuzzi due to the extremely strong chlorine smell . So strong that my eyes and lungs started to burn out in the hallway.

I wish there was a safe in the room. On our arrivel the room was ready but the bed for the kids not - i waited for 40 min, and eventually had to make the bad by myself - something i don't wish to do on my vecation. Plus, one of the employees was very rude, but the manager solved it. The soffa bed wasn't that comfortable.

The room is well equipt, very good breakfast includind ehgs, waffel, salad, fruits, yogurt, cirials atc. There was an additional free 17:00-19:00 nice meal. Very nice hotel for families travelling Ithaca area. The main bed was comfortable.

Relatively poor wifi in the room. No vegetables at breakfast but I got used to it... Kitchen accessories were a bit disappointing, both in quality and quantity.,
