It was a pleasant moment since the arrival up to the check out. The attention of the staff, the organization of the house, the style of the house and definitely the breakfast, all these were amazing. I will be back for sure and I have already indicated to all my needed friends.

Not much but to nitpick: > The pressure on the shower was too less for our liking. The same needs to be checked and repaired. > The Air conditioning in the room was remotely operated by the Host. So every time, you wanted to change the temperature, the host has to be contacted and it just becomes difficult to adjust during late hours.

> Lovely host - Was very responsive and took care of everything from the start till end. > Location - The Location was perfect and walkable distance to all the restuarants and south beach > Room - It was clean, spacious and they gave us one with Balcony!

We didn't really get enough for breakfast. It's like the three couples who ate before us ate our allotment. We only got one egg each, and had to split a Corizo. The taste of everything was good.

I loved that you were willing to be sure our room would be ready, even if it was before check in time. We ended up flying into Fort Lauderdale, so it wasn't a problem with the timing.

Very nice place to stay. Perfect location on south beach, close to the Ocean drive etc. It was worth every usd. Room was clean. Breakfast delicious. Host was very friendly and helpful. They also have cute dog.

We couldn’t figure out how to get light to go off and fan to stay on. A/C was not cool enough and also could not find to change to cooler temp

We felt safe. The host was very kind. He allowed us to check in early without charging. The breakfast was very good, you could feel the touch of Italy. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden.

Nothing. I liked everything and I'm fussy. We were there for a week so if the hosts and facilities were not good we would not have had such a good stay. So would highly recommend.

I really loved the location. It is a quieter area of South Beach but within walking distance to everything - restaurants and shopping. Stefano and the 2 ladies that looked after us were great. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and we were there for a week. Breakfast was amazing. We had everything that we wanted and the bed was super comfortable. Normally when travelling the bed is never really that great but the bed that we has was so comfortable. It was also very clean. Would stay here again when next in South Beach once there is availability.

I'm struggling to come up with something... The water pressure in the shower is on the low side and it takes a while for the water to warm up. There doesn't seem to be a lot of insulation in the walls so you could hear your neighbors come up and down on the stairs. Nothing significant...

The location was perfect-quiet neighborhood but easy 10 min walk to the beach or to another restaurant area in the opposite direction. Easy in and out access at your own schedule. The host was super friendly, just a wonderful attentive guy, and surprised us with an upgrade to their upstairs room with a private balcony. Loved being out there in the early mornings and evenings, enveloped in the green of the trees of the backyard patio area. Guests could use anytime a beautiful full kitchen if they wished. The breakfast was good. The host even packed us a breakfast bag for our last morning when we had to leave early for a flight.

My only grip was hot water. Shower gets pretty warm, but not what I call hot.

Nice little gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. Breakfast wasn't fancy but was plenty adequate with ample variety. The setting where you eat was outstanding. Room was small but fine. I'd 100% stay again and probably will. Oh...owners were very nice too!

The breakfast was terrific, good coffee, the room was very clean, bed was very comfy, nice common rooms and kitchen was good. Staff and owner were lovely. Nice building, setting. Felt very safe.
