Some renovations were still in progress so we did have to walk past some of that and someone that was always mopping. Really not a complaint because they kept it so clean and the noise was never an issue.

The room was gorgeous, recently renovated. Being on the first floor meant I wasn’t worried about my kids jumping or walking too loudly. They enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The location was great for grabbing a quick bite or heading off to enjoy the local attractions. Water and coffee bar was convenient.

The hotel branch should offer a price drop due to the ongoing construction noise in the morning but everything else was good.

I loved the close proximity to the Riverwalk and all of the sights and things to do all within walking distance, beautiful scenery.

I was on the 4th floor and it is a new floor and while the rooms were clearly new and nice I could hear everything in the rooms next door to me on each side so walls are super thin. Place was under construction and I did not notice when I booked it.

It was on the Riverwalk but not in the middle of things. Had to walk 20 minutes to city center (not bad but when it is cold, it is cold )

Slightly too far from downtown and the main river walk area. Construction ongoing so a bit noisy at time. Breakfast available but have to pay. Parked on the street though they still charged me for parking, had to get this fixed.

Property is right on the river walk, though a bit far the main downtown area with restaurants/shops. Close to the pearl. Nice bathroom.

Bathroom has a terribly designed sliding door. It has a large gap and poor locking mechanism that let's light out if you are sharing the room and need to use the restroom at night its awkward.

The bathroom door was odd. It was a sliding door with a latch. There was also a gap toward the top half of the door when it was latched. No breakfast during the days we stayed but there is a restaurant right through the lobby.

The property was beautiful and right on the Riverwalk. Parking was easy. Brenda and Molly (apologies if incorrect) were very informative and available during our stay

The hotel is not close to the main area on the riverwalk. The hotel is located on the riverwalk, be prepared for about a 1.5 to 2-mile walk.

The stone on the balcony was so unpleasant on my bare feet. Dont know why such a rough stone that is not comfortable for bare feet was used. Having to put shoes out to walk and sit on the balcony sucked.

Desk staff not welcoming at all. Wouldn't even acknowledge guests as they walk by counter when they were doing nothing. Waiter nice in restaurant hotel. Pool unregulated and small eith un chaperoned kids running around.

The parking charge of 20 dollars a night which should be included with your stay and I think there was a club near by that was blasting music really loud till 2am which made it a Lil harder to go to sleep ...and on arrival staff did not greet with a hello or anything as we arrived around 10pm for check in

They only gave you breakfast two days and it wasn’t much. It wasn’t close enough to downtown area.

It was clean, in good condition and on the Riverwalk.

I wish that the restaurant would have been opened on Monday and Tuesday.

I liked that it was along the river walk but a little bit away from the main hustle and bustle of down town river walk.
