The staff in the hotel are fantastic! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay in Hanoi! I honestly recommend the day trips they offer as they are fantastic value for money and very professional. The hotel is clean and tidy with nothing to complain about from me.

There is no aircon in the lift corridor in the 6th where we stayed for 2 nites. The room is little small for 3 adults and bath room layout is not ideal, you need to step into the bath tub to shower and easy wet the floor.

The services really top notch. Very attentive, from the time you step in, they straight away sit you in aircon comfy sofa which is heaven in scorching hot Vietnam and serve you cold drinks and fresh fruits. Not to mention their breakfast service staff, constantly check to ensure you are well taking care of. They also gave us a free upgrade on our last night which is very nice, come with a better layout bath room.

My only concern was the slow internet speed in my room.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the lake and many shops. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even arranged for me a vehicle to go to the airport at a very competitive price cheaper than Grab. They also offered me some free coffee a gift.

The price and size of the room.

The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake and close to all businesses and landmarks. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming us with refreshments upon our arrival and assisting with all of our questions. The breakfast was decent but could have been more impressive. However, the room we had was on the small side considering the price we paid.

The staff were so kind and polite, they insisted on giving me more water as I left the hotel as it was hot outside. The location is great, walking distance to everything and I couldn’t hear any traffic from my room.
