I wish there were chairs or umbrellas for the beach. The beach in front of the hotel felt a little uninviting.

Beautiful sleek and modern hotel on the beach. We got a free upgrade and stayed in the apartment with the ocean view. It was incredible!!!!! Two balconies and views in every room. The breakfast was delicious with countless options. The pool is insane. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Danang. There are no chairs on the beach and fewer restaurants than My Khe beach area. We rented a motorbike so we were able to get everywhere easy.

There was not one bad thing to say about this hotel!

All the staff are so genuinely welcoming. The location was perfect as it was quieter than other parts of the beach. The ocean view is amazing! I could not stop looking at it and there was always something going on to watch. Breakfast was great and the beds were so comfortable. We stayed for 12 nights and I literally couldn’t fault the service, cleanliness and welcoming staff. Well done everyone and I don’t say that about many hotels.

The overall experience of the 23rd floor (Sky Bar and Pool) can be improved.

About the hotel, I loved every minute of it. I was far less impressed with Da Nang itself, which was packed with hordes of tourists, was very noisy, and the strong waves made swimming rather difficult. If you want a quiet, tucked away holiday, Da Nang is not the place for you. If you like your holiday noisy and messy and lively though, it is perfect!

Everything about this hotel is great: the location, the facilities (which are brand new) and especially the service, which is amazing. Everyone from the porters to the management was impeccably presented and so very kind. I travel often for work and this is the service that sometimes even 5-star hotels fail to provide (especially in the West).

A very good hotel in terms of price and quality. We have already stayed in 5* hotels that were of much lower quality. For us the big pluses are a large balcony and sound proof rooms. The staff is great and the food in the hotel is certainly tasty. The location is ideal with some local supermarkets and cafes nearby. Thank you Mrs. Thy!

No foreign exchange at the lobby. Mini fridge is not cold. No iron board or iron. Breakfast caters to western travelers and cuisines didn’t emphasize local cuisines for food adventures. Vietnam 5 star hotels are more like 3 star hotels elsewhere in the world. Despite great service, culturally, there is still a distrust of guests and treating guests like potential thieves. Check out process in every resorts are the same, someone is sent to count towels and drinks to make sure nothing is missing. No matter how great the stay is, the checkout process always leaves me annoyed and unfortunately that is the last impression as I leave each hotel.

No currency exchange at the lobby. No iron board and iron. Washer/dryer was confusing. Need more instructions. Took 7 hours to wash and clean one small load. Nice to have but confusing to use. I can hear street noises from the 8th floor even with balcony door closed. Breakfast had limited Vietnamese options. Seem to cater to westerners more than adventurers who want to try local cuisines. Kitchen without utensils or pans and pots. Seems like the kitchen was just for show.

The suite was clean and plenty of space for 4 people. Infinity pool and bar service was nicer and more attentive than Sheraton Four Points next door.

Breakfast was excellent with an array of dishes to choose from. The staff were absolutely marvelous, telling us about restaurants and things to do in the vicinity. They also warned us about being careful when visiting the night market where pickpockets could be walking around. The infinity pool was spectacular and close to the bar for cocktails. Wi-Fi was great. The beach was great with lots of beach bars.

The only reason I’m not giving this property an excellent review is because during checkout they made us wait before leaving to check our room claiming that they need to check if we forgot anything. Now if we did forget something that is our problem. I believe the real reason is they want to check if guests stole something. Since I haven’t read that they did this with others I’m taking this personally. If you want to advertise yourself as a four star hotel, you shouldn’t behave this way. If guests do take anything from the establishment the credit card is on file, you can just charge them.

Was not a fan of their restaurant for dinner service. The steak I had was flavorful but the cut was the worst I’ve had anywhere. They were nice enough to sub my dish with something else but wish that experience was smoother. Rooftop pool looked pretty mundane and lacked any pleasing aesthetic like the rest of the hotel. They could use some more lighting, comfortable lounge setup, and perhaps specials during sunset to entice a livelier crowd. It was very underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed the lunch combo special there, but would have liked it if we could lounge somewhere more appealing while enjoying it. Also wish they had more than 2 elevators so getting off the lift during peak breakfast hours wouldn’t take so long. Aside from those relatively insignificant details, I can’t think of anything else.

The entire property is stunning. Every nook and crannie was spotless and well-maintained, fully stocked with all amenities you could think of, and the plentiful staff are always professional and friendly, ready to greet you or lend a helping hand. The room was pristine, the linens and bed were absolutely comfortable, and housekeeping did an impeccable job each day. I wish I could stay longer! It made us not want to leave the our room for our activities. Breakfast service was busy but had great variety of cuisines that rotated daily so as to not bore you. The views are hands down unbeatable, and the entire stay from the moment our car arrived until the moment we left was top notch service. This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my month-long trip throughout Vietnam. Vinpearl Landmark didn’t even come close!

The suite is very nice, cosy and clean. Very comfortable for 5 pax even with the extra bed in the master bedroom. Still quite roomy. It has a washer and dryer but we don’t have a chance to use it for just one night stay. The toilets are spacious. The hall is comfortable with proper dining table and sofa to watch our tv. The lounge area at the hotel lobby is very cosy and clean. The rooftop pool is a bit small but we love it as you can have an overview of the beach while you sip your drink.

Love the beachfront facing room. The room is clean and lovely. I like that the hotel has a tap in front for us to wash away the sands from beach before walking into the hotel. However, it would be good if they can provide us a small towel to dry our feet. I felt bad that I wet the lobby.
