The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of choices to select from. A good selection of local and foreigner foods to be enjoyed by all. The employees at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Everyone appeared to speak very good English. The owner also made some great selections for tours and things to see around Vietnam. We will definitely be looking into a few of his selections.

The location of Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi was in the Old Quarter and less than a 5 minute walk from the St. Joseph's Cathedral, Train Street, lots of highly rated restaurants, and quality shopping spots.

That we had to eventually leave! And that I didn’t take enough photos of each room. We had a twin double bed room at one point which was (for us) pure heaven!

Everything and everyone! Clean, super comfortable, GREAT buffet breakfast and outstanding staff. No road noise from our room. Unsure how to brief this hotel and the staff. We had 3 stays/rooms at the hotel as a base to ping out to other surrounding areas (Ninh Binh and Ha Long) for several days before returning each time after. Each one was equally beautiful. I don’t think we would even contemplate finding another place to stay in Hanoi! Not our usual type of choice (we tend to go more basic and no frills) but fancied a treat of soft, white pillows and sheets for initially a few nights. Well, we were treated with more than just comfort. The staff are just beautiful in every way. Have to give a huge shout out to, Danny Do - who really does! Never wavers with his fun, enthusiastic and natural ability to deliver an outstanding, interpersonal interaction I have ever come across. And I have been in SE Asia for 5 months. Thank you Danny for being my phone’s guardian angel several times! And for everything you helped us with while in Hanoi. Not to forget the other staff; Lovey, Ruby, Felix, Andrew and Messi who without fail, always welcomed with a huge smile and chats! Han Jung - thanks for the morning chats over breakfast and Paul too for your beautiful smile and calming nature during service. To the housekeeping team - beautiful people we had so much fun trying to communicate with via translator or hand signals! All of this came with a very reasonable price (blew a small hole in our modest budget but we really wouldn’t have changed it) We hope we get an opportunity to visit again in the future! We wish each and every one of you a happy future. Much love to you all!

Unfortunately there was construction next door so a bit loud during my stay but not the hotel’s fault - they were very apologetic.

Rooms were spacious and updated. Staff was exceptional and so helpful and welcoming. Nice breakfast with good selection of made to order dishes.

A lot of construction noise early in the morning but that's because they were renovating.

My most favourite stay during my entire vacation. The room itself was compact and very clean, house keeping staff were always on time and thorough. But the front desk staff is what made it so special. Extremely friendly and eager to help, they shared some great insights and suggestions which made my trip so smooth. The location was also very convenient as it's in the heart of the Old Quarter so I could walk to a few places quite easily. Definitely will stay here again if I come back to Hanoi.

Location is great, close to lake, shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel is great, plenty of choices. The waiter, Sam is very helpful and always smiling. Hotel receptionist, Jenny was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Hotel room is very clean.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. Having booked last minute we were hoping for a nice stay, but this place far exceeded all expectations, so much that we came back following our ha long bay cruise. The location is fantastic, minutes away from all old town attractions, and the rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, with great amenities. What stands this place out from other places we have stayed in the staff. Every member of staff was a delight to interact with, they were incredibly helpful, going out of their way and being generally friendly and kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and given the price we’ll be sad to be leaving.

All the staff were amazing Danny, Ruby, Jollie, Lovy, Joy, Leo, Reign and more. I couldn’t fault the service, friendliness and professionalism that they all displayed throughout our stay and beyond. The location was perfect, the breakfast was an assortment of many choices on the buffet plus menu ordering as well and the bed was comfy. If you needed any help with tours, restaurants recommendations or transportation they were always available for help. Highly recommend staying at this perfect hotel.

Next to the hotel there is renovation from 8:30, which made it very difficult to sleep.

Perhaps the staff are motivated (even pressured) to be too nice to the guests. It can get a little suffocating at times. I generally don't like transparent bathroom partitions, and those that don't bolt from inside.

The main advantage is the central location. Almost all tour operators will pick up from the hotel. The rooms are clean and the facilities are modern. When we visited, there was construction work in the neighboring hotel which was a big distraction, but I assume it is temporary. The staff is very friendly (almost too friendly).

Our stay here was awesome, they deserve every great review they receive. The staff made our stay even better. They taught us a bit of Vietnamese here and there too and welcomed us every time with great enthusiasm and smiles. The lobby smells so good! Special mention for Paul during breakfast, you are great and made our day with your smile and top professionalism! ❤️ Plus, we slept like babies, their beds are super comfortable, which you appreciate after long days in the old quarter trying not to be run over by scooters.

Incredibly attentive, friendly, warm and courteous staff; wonderful breakfast room on the roof terrace with a super tasty breakfast. Every wish was read from our eyes. We felt incredibly comfortable and booked our next stay there straight away. The room with balcony was a little dream. We have been to hanoi several times and the eliana premio hotel was by far the best we have ever had. Thank you very much for the great time.
