A charming small hotel, right at the beach, with interesting design and the ambition of providing "boutique design hotel" experience. I had the cheap "standard" room but it was still nicely furnished with pretty much all I needed, including a coffee machine, bathrobe etc. The room was clean. The restaurant and bar are really excellent (but not cheap). Breakfast was nice too (but make sure you have time for it).

To start with it is a beautifull wee town near Capital city Amsterdam. It has superb sandy beach with nice walks in Spring time. Very convenient to travel to Keukenhof gardens, interesting villages, convenient to travel any direction ( Amsterda, Utrecht, Den Haag, Roterdam, etc.) Modern architecture, not big but satisfactory shopping street with convenient and affordable parking lots.

Very nice place, good facilities close by, you can cycle but car is better to get around as beaches and town a few kilometers from the camp site. Most Dutch speak good English so easy to communicate. Close to Amsterdam and the Hague, about 45 minutes by car away.

Wonderful beaches! I am sure I am getting back there! Noordwijk is an excellen place for one day trips to observe Amsterdam metroipolis. There is a lot of sightseeings around and that's why I would recommend to book plenty long stay there in order to see the surroundings.

I love the sea and dunes but I couldn't go there because of my disability. It was too far to walk to. Another time I need a place with sea view.
The hotel restaurant was closed but I ordered food through an app and it was brought to me in no time and very good.
On my next visit I hope to have my own transport so that I can go to the beach and dunes.

It's a small beach town which is easily reachable by public transport from Amsterdam Airport. The water was quite cold in April, so one couldn't really go in, but otherwise the beach was clean and enjoyable. You can definitely enjoy long walk along the water. There was a space walk kind of thing on the promenade where the different astronauts had their handprints engraved in tiles. There are lots of food options on and near the beach as well. However, the town goes to bed early. I couldn't find food one night around 9pm.

Famous place and great location for dinner at beach clubs/restaurants. I loved the dining options there and the chilled atmosphere - perfect for a longdrink at the beach after a sunny day.
I can recommend Nomad Beach Club and Tulum beach club.
Take a blanket and go to the beach before sunset and enjoy watching the kitesurfers in the evening.
Definitely would recommend to do a bike ride to Haarlem via the dunes or Leiden.
Finding parking lots might be difficult during summer days.

We appreciated that the host provided towels on learning that it was difficulty to bring them in our luggage. It was perfect for doing our time adjusting, getting to the beach was easy, and walking in the dunes was great if a little rainy. Took a little experimenting to understand the lighting of the gas stove but it all worked. The open shower concept was a novelty. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. It's a comfortable small cottage, kind of like a tiny house.
The room was nice and spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The bed was big and comfortable and the breakfast was really good with lots of choice. We also liked the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was very convenient. The play area for kids was an extra bonus, as it kept our 1 year old entertained for a good while.
The hotel is close to the beach with many nice restaurants in the area. The underground parking was also ideal for us.
Great location, just about 5 minutes to the beach. Cute cosy hotel with charming and helpful staff always willing to help. Our room was large and comfortable, with good bed. The room was perfectly clean and equipped with all you need. The breakfasts were gorgeous! All fresh and tasty, great bread, ham, variety od cheese, fresh juice...
Overall great place and I'll be back for sure.
It's a very nice location and they offered a reasonable parking spot. We could walk to the beach in one minute and there are many restaurants. We arrived a bit earlier than their check-in time but we could check in. Our room was clean and nice. I like their interior. The days we stayed were very cold and rainy but there was a towel warmer in the bathroom, so it's confortable.
The hotel’s location is incredible. Waking up to a sea view is worth the cost but thé property, especially the rooms, all need a revamp. The rooms are quite old fashioned and non glam compared to the hotel reception area. The onsite and beach restaurants are all great. Good food and the prices reflect that. Would definitely stay again.
Room was large with balcony & sea view, obviously refurbished (this used to be a Golden Tulip hotel), bar and restaurant outdated, do not fit to the overall concept as far as we could notify, location great! For a real special breakfast pick one of the clubs/restaurants directly on the beach!
The cute, quaint little boutique hotel. the aesthetics is superb. we loved that everything was operated with one code but Julie welcoming us was fantastic!
We enjoyed the walk to the beach and restaurants which was lovely way to see a bit of the area. it was a true pleasure to stay here
Very close to the beach. Around 2 minutes by feet. Rooms towards the street were a bit loud. Room heading to the backside was quiet and nice view towards other houses. Nice breakfast (with very friendly and caring service!), furniture & tea/coffee available for free was amazing.
I feel at home in this place. The old man in the front desk does everything, he keeps the order in hotel and he also cooks the breakfast.
Very nice man with a great sense of humor.
Great location with a few minutes walk to the beach and bus stop.
Friendly town too.
This hotel was just a delight from start to finish. Very well appointed, friendly staff, lovely breakfast included, good pricing and location, every details throughout were top notch and the place has a cool vibe.
It's always a pleasure to go there. Great lovely staff, very professional, good breakfast, comfy rooms and super location directly by the beach! Highly recommendable!
Very good breakfast with beautiful sea view from lobby. Free hot drinks available during the day. Friendly staff. Free parking at nearby road at the hotel.
