A well organised city.
A well organised city. Shymbulak Snow Mountain is very close by to city. Lots of Indian restaurants available. Yandex Go ( Taxi App ) is very nominal and also available immediately from Booking. Highly recommend tourist to use Yandex go. Don't use Airport taxi agents who approach you , they offer less price to get hold of customers however while dropping they charge heavy,so be careful and better not use them. Instead you may use prepaid taxi or Yandex Go.

In summary, an excellent hotel, top service where I felt welcomed and I will certainly stay again if I come back to Almaty!

Hotel staff did their best to provide food in the local restaurant despite the inability to get groceries. I'd like to mention that security was on their duty 24/7 taking care of guests in really hard times. Thank you very much!
