Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks.
Coop cafe is good and relatively cheap for budget conscious travellers.

One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland.
One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland. Almost all the houses are in chalet style, which gives the place a special charm. Lots of walking possibilities, also for seniors, and there are many lifts up the mountains.

Hiking and taking a lift to the top of the mountains was absolutely incredible. Very good signs made hiking between towns in the area simple and very rewarding views. Food in all towns was very very good, maybe best meal we had in the country.
lovely owners. you can tell they take pride in their “home.”.
For a four star resort, they serve 5 star food— with a little treat from the chef before each meal. You must try the chocolate mousse, the goulash with crème fresh, the snitzel is amazing, pumpkin risotto, gnocchi (they brought my Italian husband seconds like he was family), French onion soup and the glugwine. Their New Years meal was top as well — their fillet of beef was tender.
I hope you enjoy this hotel as much as we did.
This was by far the best hotel I've stayed at this year. Hands down!
Fantastic stay - Amazing and super friendly staff! The property has one of the best spas that I've ever visited. They were kind enough to upgrade my wife and I to one of the best rooms at the property!
The service was so personal that it honestly felt like home. If ever I visit Gstaad again - there is no doubt about where I'll stay
I cannot stress enough as to how comfortable and amazing our stay was!
the place is amazing if you look for alpine classic places. it is a converted barn, that is run by the friendly owner family. The place is not new and you need to get up stairs. But it is just an amazing jewel of places, close to Gstaad, but still affordable.
the owner are just there to help with whatever you need and you can feel family, hospitality and joy when you enter the small building. Breakfast is local and top. I would always go back there again
The breakfast was great. The dinner - a 5 course menu - was equally delicious. I loved that they also had lunch (soup/salad) included and cake in the afternoon. You could hang out in the comfy chairs in the lobby, have a pot of tea or coffee and read in front of the fire place or enjoy the views in the heated outside pool. The rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the live musicians were amazing. One of the best hotels I've ever been to!
What a delightful hotel right in the centre of Gstaad in the pedestrian only zone. Fabulous interior decor of public spaces and bedroom/ ensuite. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent extensive breakfast. Unfortunately restaurant closed on a Wednesday so we couldn't eat dinner the hotel. Parking available on reservation. Guest card issued at check-in giving good discount including the local train which we used.
the hotel location is everything ! near the nicest slopes and downtown shopping area . the ski shop had almost everything you need , staff were helpful too . the hotel restaurants are good too . they have the fastest room service ever ! food ready in the room in less than 10 minutes !
hotel reception and concierge are always ready to help !
We had an awesome stay at HUUS. The hotel vibe is so warm and cozy! We loved the decoration, the big swimming pool and the spa area. There were nice touches in our room, like a wool blanket by the bench, or a hiking bag to use during walks. The landscape is just beautiful, and there is a nice path towards Gstaad by a creek (~50 mins walk).
Beautifully located on top of Gstaad with a stunning panoramic view. Calm surroundings while still being close to the center by foot or hotel shuttle service.
The service and staff was top notch, with everyone doing their best to make you feel at home. The restaurant was amazing too.
The room is clean and comfortable.
Window view is so nice and the temperature is all right.
Breakfast is good.
There's a beautiful church and it holds Gstaad Menuhin Festival there.
No cars here and good for walking.
The staff try their best to help me when I arrive lately.
Our room, and especially the deck, was very large. The location right on the edge of the pedestrian zone was great.
The parking was free and adjacent to the hotel.
Downstairs Asian restaurant was very good.
The daily breakfast was exceptional.
The location is very good being 15 mins walk from Gstaad centre and 1 mins from ski lifts. The hotel rooms were spacious, they had all the amenities. An exclusive 1 hours slot use of the sauna room. Breakfast was good and dinner menu too.
Our apartment was spotlessly clean.
The host was extremely kind and we had free parking space as promised.
The view is great.
Everything was functioning and in good condition, not used.
Room was lovely with amazing view, breakfast was ample and we really appreciated the omelet makers, the spa was lovely, and we had a fantastic guided ski tour provided by the hotel.
