It felt like the perfect place for couples, the hotel staff decorated the room beautifully for my partners birthday. Staff were kind and attentive. Would happily return. The tv in the room was big and modern so we also had the best movie nights in. The free shuttle was also very useful

This marked my second stay at the hotel. While there were other options available at a similar price range, I decided to return because of the service I experienced during my first visit. Kenza, if I remember her name correctly, exemplified kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. When the staff exhibits such behavior it often overshadows other minor issues. The overall stay was satisfactory.

Marrakech is vibrant and busy.
Marrakech is vibrant and busy.
Be prepared to bargain and then you will still find the same stuff cheaper around the corner. Visit the Ensemble Artisanal if you want to find good quality articles and alsoto get to know the prices of articles before bargaining in the souk.
New tendency is for Moroccans to try and make as much money as possible without giving good service -I found the riads in Marrakech higly priced with poor standards.
Also the food is not of high standard. Good place to eat for fresh and cheap food is evenings at the stalls on the Jemaa el Fna.
Do a walking tour of the Medina
Visit the Marjorelle gardens

Marrakech was better than I expected, we stayed in centre of town, when we first arrived I thought it looked like a backstreet, and maybe not safe for us to walk at night, on the contrary, it was so convenient for everything.
Taxis are very reasonable, but be careful to get a price first for your trip, if they think you are gullible they will double the usual price.
Its got its historic old town and the modern new town, I loved both.
So many fabulous restaurants here that you are spoilt for choice, the food in most places is exquisite, whether french influence or traditional Moroccan.
Most places have entertainment every evening and it is generally very good.
Be aware that people go out late to eat.
The Moroccan people are really nice, very helpful and generally very respectful and kind.
We have stayed in both an apartment and a hotel, both excellent standard and price.
There are so many places and experiences to try, non will disappoint.
I will be sorry for this vacation to end and we will be coming back later this year for sure.
I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this trip.
2 restaurants we loved Mix and Luma, both exquisite decor, beautiful food, great entertainment and attentive staff. Definitely worth a night out. You can also just go for a drink in both if you don’t want to eat.

The people were so friendly and helpful. The Souks are so interesting and vibrant. It is a whole new experience and was a fun trip. The hotel staff at the Riad Rim were amazing..so kind, so caring, so helpful. This was an experience I am glad we had. The best meal was at our riad, amazing breakfast and delicious dinner. Loved the mint tea. Walking to the square was easy once we knew our way with he helpful directions of hotel staff. It was very hot, so be prepared to rest during the hot afternoons in an air conditioned area.

Once you work out where you are you'll be fine!
Once you work out where you are you'll be fine! Be aware some locals will take you down a route that suits a shop or business but you're never far from the main square. DO be aware of being sent down dark alleyways - it's common sense but there are, as in any city, dodgy muggers!
If a local does help you get to where you want to be make sure you have 20/50 dirams to tip the guide.
You can feed the cats - save your dinner leftovers.
I would strongly recommend not taking horse carriages or encouraging any animal abuse- the country has a different attitude to the UK regarding animal welfare. You'll see working donkeys, they are not pets - they won't appreciate affection - they're slowly being replaced by mopeds and tuk tuks which is a good thing long term.
Haggling is not a sport - as westerners we can afford to pay so be mindful how low you go.
Taxis are everywhere - be prepared to pay 50 dirams within the medina and 100 dirams outside - agree the price before you get in
Overall - we did not feel ripped off or hoodwinked - everyone is prepared to take reasonable offer and we regularly over paid because we could.
Lastly be respectful - dress modestly when out and about - whilst there is alcohol available be mindful the locals don't imbibe.
Mostly embrace the colour and the flavour and the beauty - we had a fantastic time and will definitely go back!

We loved the madness of Marrakech but am really glad we went up to the north of Morocca which was not so full on. Marekesh only gives you part of the flavour of Morocco but its fun and mad for a couple of days.
Google map essential to get around the Medina and we enjoyed our trips out the waterfalls/ mountains and out to the Atlantic coast.
THE AIRPORT LOOKS SLICK BUT IS A NIGHTMARE FOR HOW LONG IT TAKES AT PASSPORT CONTROL. REMEMBER TO PRINT BOARDKING PASSES - THEY DONT DO DIGITAL!
I felt I am at home nothing missing ,
our welcome was a huge fruit platte enough for a week, even the fridge was never empty, we had most essential food (bread, milk, cheese, yoghurt, Honey, sweets ..etc) filled into fridge, water supply 3 litres almost every second day, any help we need was done within minutes.
generally it was a 2nd home for us.
10 - 20 cents taxi to Center, Huge Balkon. stuff are all great Ismail and Karima, Cleaning stuff every day as if you are in a 5 star Hotel. what else I can say. for sur our next visit will be there.
This property should be rated 4 star for its excellent staff, service and amenities. I LOVED everything about the property. The conscience when I was feeling lazy to walk down stairs and have a 5 star meal was awesome. I loved that it was centrally located to a shopping area, the overwhelming choice of places to eat that’s only a 5 min walk. The entire staff spoiled me my entire time. I extended my stay twice. I left and checked into another hotel for two days in another area of the city, but ended back at a Le Caspien.
An excellent hostel to stay at when you are in Marrakech. I must say that it is an incredible Riad with all the services working perfectly. The rooms have air conditioning, warm water, and good beds. There are also some really great facilities in the hotel: a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace and a bar (which serves alcohol :)). The service was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating. It is also located in a good area, which is not overly centric, but close to everything that you might need.
Dear Family Bouskri and staff,
After our visit to your riad the last week, I can only have words of gratitude and admiration for your for your impeccable professionalism. The Riad Knifa is an absolutely exotic dream, with an exquisite and sophisticated interiors worthy of a 5 star hotel.
I can say that after a long time you have managed to surprise me with your attention, care, and gastronomy. My most absolute congratulations for your Riad to which I will return for sure very soon.
Absolutely incredible hotel. Staff were continually cleaning so the place was immaculate.
The food was the best i have had at an All Inclusive and the staff made our stay even more enjoyable and they couldn’t do enough for you
If i could have taken the bed home with me i would have, it was huge and so comfortable.
We went as a group of ladies on a hen do but there were mixtures of groups with plenty of couples also. Will definitely be revisiting in the future
Hotel is good in Europe design. During the last my visit in Morocco Ive been in many local places so wanted to get standard Europe service. That hotel provides it.
The breakfast was ready a bit late at 9am. Hotel has two pools but never had a chance to go there during our 4 days. Inside pool had weird working hours like from 12 to 5:30. Rooms were ok and mainly it was quite during the nights. Lacated 15 drive from city centre. 50 minutes walk from centre
I was booked 7 days at Dellarosa hotel and i highly recommend this place for regular family and couples. If you looking to bring some one as guest. let me to tell you, you are going in a bad way, and will be rejected that person based on Morocco instructions. The hotel was wonderful from everything such as price, stuff, finishing, smell of environment, centralization regarding of Marrakesh and the housekeeping very helpful.
Kind Regards
Muhannad alrehaili
The staff are okay except for the room. We asked for 2 twin beds but we were given a queen bed instead despite the fact that they said we were given upgrade but we didn't feel the upgrade due to the uncomfortable sofabed
We left the hotel one day prior to the devestating earthquake
We are very sad for what happened to our brothers in Marrakech and All over Morocco
We ask almity Allah to heal their wounds and bless their Dead
We were one of the first customers to enjoy Riad 48 and spa and what a delightful experience! It’s brand new, immaculately clean, stylish, quiet and welcoming.
The staff, breakfast and spa - 5 stars.
A little gem in the middle of the medina!
Special thanks to the manager François for going out of his way with whatever help we needed.
Would go back to Marrakesh just to stay there again :)
We were very impressed at this 5 star hotel. Location is ideal for relaxing by the pool and short drives to the city centre.
Friendly and attentive staff from reception to the spa were excellent at catering to our needs. Especially Halema who made sure we had a fantastic stsy here. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Marrakech. .
Hospitable staff who will take care of your every need. Ask Mustafa the host what you need, and he will arrange them for you. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Don't expect a 5 star hotel because it is not. But if you're looking for good value in a quiet neighbourhood and you don't mind walking to Jemal el Fna, this is a good choice.
This is our best ever 🤗 Top luxury in Morocco traditional architecture. From A to Z the leading Riad in Marrakesh close to everything in the heart of the Medina. Outstanding staff clean Suites and great food. Definitely I recommend this place and we are coming back for sure. Thank you for this memorable experience 🙏🏻
Everything! The staff were 5 stars, the breakfast was very good. The room was very nice too. Basically everything was perfect, the Riad was about 5 minutes from the main square, it would be hard to ask for better. I highly recommend asking for the cab that the hotel offers (20€) to get to the place safely and calmly.
Staff very helpful and friendly. The location is right in the Medina. Being so it’s small and cramp and only one window, little ventilation. But the whole Medina is foul air due to all the mopeds and smoking. If you have asthma or allergy issues avoid Marrakesh in particular and Morocco as a whole.
the hotel is a very nice hidden gem in Marrakesh. it’s off the Main Street so it’s quiet and comfortable and the staff are super friendly and great hosts! Our stay also included a delicious breakfast pictured below. If I visit Morocco again I will definitely be returning to this gem
Breakfast was Good.
Rooms very noisy
There is no door between the sleeping part of the room and the entrance of the room -people in the corridor can be heard all night long.
This is a hotel for mainstream tour operator guests.
In no way a 5 star hotel.

Great location. The hotel has comfortable rooms and serves an excellent buffet breakfast and dinner along with a more formal dining option. The all inclusive is great value too.
This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel, and I will definitely be back. The rooms are huge, the food is good for an all inclusive and the staff are very friendly.
