I love the people, and everything you need is close to hand. Also, being a short distance from other towns, Osoyoos is a perfect base for exploring. Beautifully kept town, lots of flowers and clean. Many interesting stores, a great coffee shop, and a fun little bakery.

The hotel offered everything you needed for your stay. If you forgot shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. It was provided in large bottles! Amazing! The beach right outside was fantastic & beautiful! Just what the doctor ordered for a special visit. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I just love the people and the place in every way.
I just love the people and the place in every way. I find the locals very friendly. There isn't a big nightlife here and that's good for me - makes the place quiet at night. But there are lots of good places to eat, hiking and walking trails within an hour in every direction, tons of wineries to visit. I haven't even gone inside the museum and art gallery yet. I love the little walkway with its public washrooms, and even the dive-bombing starlings. Watching the sunrise, reading, thinking, just relaxing.

Wonderful place to visit. Great walks and hikes.
Wonderful place to visit. Great walks and hikes. The town is fun to walk around. Be sure to visit the Home Hardware, a very eclectic store. Lots of pubs and wineries close by. We visited Phantom Creek and Burrowing Owl, a wonderful experience. We were there a little early for beach weather. We will return later in the year.
We booked Spirit Ridge at the last minute as a stop over en route to Vancouver.
Because a mudslide closed the only highway, we were unable to reach the hotel and had to make a major detour through the Kootenays. Although non-refundable the hotel did not hesitate to refund our payment in full, saving us a lot of worry and expense.
We are extremely grateful for this and will definitely be staying at Spirit Ridge the next time we pass through Osoyoos.
This is the difference between staying at a hotel, and staying at a resort! We were done our exploring by 2 pm, and went back to the resort for a swim, hang out on our deck, and admire the beautiful grounds with flowering trees (locust? ) scenting the warm air, ahhh! Now, thats a vacation!
The staff were friendly and helpful. Maintenance, grounds, bartenders, waitresses ... everybody seemed to be enjoying their jobs.
The hotel itself is right on a private beach for easy, close access. Shops, restaurants and amusement park are within walking distance. Room and property well kept and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Starbucks coffee in the room and full sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc Beach is sandy and water is gorgeous. Friendly ducks and people.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and had a lovely decor as did the room. The grounds were well kept and there was good lighting around the outside of the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was wonderful to make out night's stay relaxing.
Definitely one of the best beach front hotels in Osoyoos. Close to town, easily accessible and free underground parking. Staff were super friendly during check in and throughout my stay. Room was beautiful, well worth paying extra to get a lake view room with balcony.
this was our first time at the best western in Osoyoos and we had a great stay! love the location near the mini golf and a short walk to the beach and a great coffee shop. quiet and clean room. very friendly staff. loved the included breakfast too
I don’t think the town is very nice and I think the hotels are all jammed together so it’s great to stay in a place that’s not that far from the town but I heard in the middle of the vineyards the view is fantastic and the room was enormous
The room was fantastic. The staff was very kind and very quick to answer our calls. We loved the BBQ spaces and the hot tub. WBR was very well located and made it very easy for us to explore the Osoyoos. We will be coming back!
Nice hotel. Very clean, had a one bedroom suite bigger than my apartment in coal harbor Vancouver. King size bed with super comfortable covered free parking. Always nice in winter.Front desk girl was exceptionally nice .
I liked nothing about the property, as it was not maintained properly, considering the fact the owner of this hotel overcharges his customers for a hotel that is not worth the price this website advertises his hotel at.
TThere was nothing about this hotel other than you had the water right there. Everything else there was terrible. Save your money and spend a bit more and stay anywhere but this place. Staff is not friendly
