Very clean and well-maintained everything works not as boisterous as other hotels I have used in Gabs so you can get a good night's rest.

Very friendly locals, excellent trustworthy taxi driver (Kenny - I made use of him all the time I was there and he was on time, very knowledgeable, pointed out landmarks, chatted amiably, informed - an excellent conversationalist - and I think very fair with his fares. I found the city incredibly clean and free of garbage. This is exceptional and I cannot say the same about the capital cities of South Africa, unfortunately. The pula was more to rands and when i looked at my statement i was not happy :( i think our rands should do better. The people around are friendly and help full. Riverwalk mall not bad at all, we had our meals and bought the snacks too at pick 'n pay. We went for a game drive at Mokolodi Nature Reserve, it is easy to drive around. Next time i need to bring more money and be prepared, as i was not ready for how expensive it was :)

what I love most about the city is how safe it is, the people are generally very helpful and speak English. There are a few sight seeing hot spots, but the best place to spend the afternoon is at Main Mall, it has artists, music, food and everything in between. There are also 2 nature reserves in the outskirts of the city and a botanical garden that I loved.AAnonymousBotswana

Chocolates, milk, serials, tea items, fruits etc 4. Mainly honest staff, I lost a valuable necklace in the room, two days after they called me and returned it to me. We're really appreciate Thabo and Ethel who are excellent hosts, organised and up to the job. They were able to keep the communication going from the time of booking to the time of arrival. They were very flexible and accommodating; after missing our connecting coach Gaborone, they understood our situation and still offered us our stay the next day. We will highly recommend this location and modern, two-story luxury house.
