Although it has no lift, but it is not tiring at all climbing the stairs. Check in and check out processes were smooth: we were way past the check in time instructed, contacted the number and they provided the option to put our room key in lockbox outside, & the deposit was transferred back into our account promptly right after we checked out. Hospitality is marvellous.

I like none of the place as the staff are not honest.My husband left his pants in the cupboard in the room during check out. We called the staff immediately and it was already gone. Not sure whether the housekeeping or the staff had taken it. Will not stay there anymore.
