The staff in this hotel have the best service attitude I have ever encountered. Friendly, professional and always willing to help.
The hotel shuttle drivers were friendly and very punctual.
We experienced the earthquake having breakfast and the service staff ensured our safety by evacuating us calmly and professionally…they must have felt scared and worried too. Kudos to the great service attitude!
The concierge staff was really helpful throughout our stay, helping to book the shuttle van and responding last minute as we missed our train from Yilan. He also helped to carry the luggages down 7 floors as the lift were under review after the earthquake. Thank you so much!
Great spread for breakfast and hotel provided free food for afternoon snacks and evening snacks. Loved these!
The jacuzzi pool with hot springs water was very relaxing. One of the nozzle did not work and the lifeguard immediately responded and got it fixed! Great efficiency!

When I booked the hotel because has Japan style onsen in and room and public. The room too small for superior double room but it was single room. Hotel include buffer breakfast and gym at 9 floor. Gym hour from 0900 - 2100. The public onsen from 0700-1100 then from 1500-2300. I requested gym hour open two hour early from 0700-2100. Because the original hour gym is not ideal time for guest to use it. The price for hotel too expensive because the Japan style almost same in Japan but not quite yet but charge same price as it was in Japan. Jiaoxi is onsen town and I believe there should be other hotel cheaper and offer the same service

Whether it was our hotel manager or shop owners, people were not friendly. We went to a public hot spring spa, and it was overpriced and there was no water. It is not family friendly nor tourist friendly.
Strategic location, opposite 7-11, in room hot spring tub very big, fit 2 person, water flow very fast filled up within 5 minutes, breakfast voucher redeem in a cafe opposite hotel, serve nice sandwiches, coffee and tea. 2 double beds upstair and living room with big tatami downstair, many eateries and convenient stores all within walking distance.
This hotel offers everything you need, great location, rooftop hot springs open till 11 pm (you even have your own hot spring in the bathroom), rent a bike for free so we could ride along, we have spent 6 days there and it still is a place where to go nearby, especially waterfalls.
Kids room, family friendly swimming pool with waterfall, open air hot spring, and free bike rental service. My family including the seniors had a blast in the hotel. The morning walks to nearby attractions organized by the hotel was also very nice.
Hotel recently opened but more classic style
Grand lobby, great location in a quite and upscale neighbourhood, short walk to the township center
Roms are comfortable and have a balcony as well as a private hot spring, even for the shower
Nice little hotel in the Hot springs area. Great 2 person tub in the bathroom. Room was big and had 2 windows to the outside (not great views). Room was very clean and privacy was good.
The hot spring bathtub was a real highlight—fantastic water flow and just the right temperature. And the rooftop had this wonderful lounge area where you could just chill and unwind.
new facility, big tub for hot spring with strong water pressure, quiet and nice small breakfast.
We stayed for 2 nights. The room with 2 large king size beds is good for family.
Really lovely room. Having a the hot spring tub in the room with a view over Yilan was glorious! The ramen restaurant in the ground floor was good for a quick and light dinner.
The onsen in the room. The kid's sliding bed. The breakfast is good. There is a kid's indoor playground owned by the hotel, just next to the entrance of the hotel.
Location was ideal, with the rooms being just behind the main Jiaoxi street and near a 24hr supermarket. The rooms were very spacious and the bath area was nice.
A beautiful morning view from my room and hotel. There is a floor-standing water dispenser at each floor, it's very convenience. The room is spacious too!
The staff was very friendly and they goes the extra miles to ensure we have a romantic stay. An exceptional great honeymoon experience in the hotel stay.
