Does look maintained, it is well located and the mini-golf near by not to be missed and the lady at the front desk was most helpful & welcoming. Loved the painting and fresh colored green paint on wall. The pool must be nice during the summer.

The location was perfect, and the apartment's decor and theme were incredible. It's situated in an excellent downtown area! The suite was wide and clean, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped. it's free to use BBQ facilities. We had a very sweet family time on that day.

We were only here on an overnight visit after going to a show at the Upper Canada Playhouse. The weather was cool and overcast so although we drove around for a bit did not really take in the sights. The downtown area is a must to see though and holds an old time charm that should not be missed. From historical period homes and lovely shops/stores to visit and all set against the mighty St Lawrence River. We have promised ourselves to go back when it gets warmer and take full advantage of the area.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay in Brockville and found enough to do there. The town is pleasant to explore with some nice shops and restaurants. The museum and railway tunnel are interesting, the river cruise is fun, the scenery beautiful and the waterside location relaxing. Pace of life feels slow and this is reflected in some of the service we experienced in the restaurants. There are opportunities for swimming and boating but we did not try these. We also did not visit the Aquatarium but this looks good especially for children. Overall a really nice place to visit where the locals seem to take a great pride in their town and their history.

I loved walking on the water front, just fantastic views of the St. Lawrence Seaway.
We had a great meal at the pub at Tall Ships Landing.
Loved the 1000 Islands cruise, worth the money paid for 1.5 hours.
I found the city quaint, with its beautiful old historic buildings, squares and churches, a real little jewel.
People were very friendly.
Pay parking available, and free parking for 2 hours also available, so that was great.
Did not like that most of the restaurants closed by 9 or 10 pm, some even by 7 pm.

We ate at Chucks, which is within easy walking distance of the Inn. The menu was huge, great service, very reasonable prices, wish the restaurant was closer to where we live!

I am telling you when I say this. you have to visit this hotel!
the breakfast in the morning is a nice touch and the coffee is amazing.
Beautiful room, like absolutely stunning. Stayed here for two nights for my wedding - first night with my girls which was perfect. It’s really the most perfect place to get ready as it’s spacious and has everything you’d need. Stayed here the second night with my new husband and it was lovely to come back to after our wedding.
The Boutique Hotel in Brockville was a perfect getaway just off the main road in town, a close walk to the farmers market, and all the great restaurants and shops. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, the salt-water pool was delightful, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly.
This was a stopover stay for me, and this hotel fit the bill. Located just a short drive to Brockville attractions including the historic waterfront, and there are oodles of restaurants and other amenities in the immediate area. Really enjoyed my stay at this clean, professionally run hotel.
The location was perfect, just steps away from the best of Brockville (aquarium, tunnel, river, main street). The suite was very spacious and had everything needed, including coffee, tea, and even oatmeal for breakfast! There was an outdoor space with table and chairs.
Price is very reasonable. This is not a 4 star hotel and the rooms are not super clean but breakfast is offered and you can watch Netflix in you room, which is not the case at most hotels we've stayed in. My toddler was very happy to watch his favorite shows!
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were awesome. The staff in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast was wonderful. Her name was Trish, she was very helpful, kind and a pleasure to deal with. She definitely went above and beyond.
Close to attractions in Brockville. The suite was large and comfortable. Had not expected something akin to an apartment with plates, dishes, microwave and the like. Liked the side door option to enter my room.
The Hotel was new, very well maintained and the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Breakfast was included and was very good.
Great experience
Very good access from the main. Neat, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Excellent value for money. Better than holiday Inn in Toronto that we stayed before this.
