It is a very warm and welcoming place. The owner Susi is lovely and greeted us personally at the reception. Her husband Chris runs the attached Minuteman Pizzaria where you find the best pizza in town. Probably in the whole of Bolivia. The location is perfect just 100 meters from the bus stop and even closer to the main part of the town. Rooms are clean and nice. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Friendly and cooperative staff! We arrived by plane mid-morning and were able to check in straight away. They arranged taxis, and luggage storage throughout our 3 day excursion.

After a 3 day Salt Flats and Bolivia tour we booked this hotel last minute as we were exhausted and didn't want to catch the bus that night. The beds were so comfortable! A big thick doona (blanket), it was great having a big TV to watch and unwind. Bathroom was great with a hot shower! Location was a short stroll into town for dinner! We were asked if we were married for matrimonial bed and with the language barrier I said no so were provided with two single beds haha but that was on me and probably could have swapped if we asked. Breakfast was self serve - not a huge amount of options but there was enough!

Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Staff were friendly, and there was a good range of food for the complementary breakfast. I didn't need it, but they also provide a room heater to help with the cold. It's not a five star hotel, but for the price it is a good, solid option.
