The room with aircon is a great deal, the rooms with just fan were really hot (I know from a friend). It was much hotter on this side of the island than in the north, at least in March. Book if you want to be in town. Staff is really nice and helpful. All clean and comfortable.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff was really nice and the Diving School is right in this place. We had a lot of fun discovering the caribean and the diving teachers were also great! Thanks again! It‘s been a pleasure!

On the “windy” side of the island so a cool breeze through the windows was delightful in the evenings/night.. literally a “cool space”.
Kitchen facilities available.

I loved this place! It's not for people that need luxury, but if you want to chill on the best beach on little corn that's the place! Rooms are beautiful but simple - there is no electricity except for solar (you can charge your phone in the common area during the day without problems) so it means there is no fan. It can get hot during the night under mosquito net, but you can always sleep in a hammock ;) Very happy and hippy vibe which I loved. Quiet, no music, just nature. Owners are lovely people also. They grow their own veggies and fruits so if you get breakfast or dinner is all local and organic. There are two places with food a few mins away on the beach but they are not good. Walk to town is not too long though! On my last days on the island I stayed in the town but I still kept coming to Ensueños. The town is just meh after you stayed here.
Boasting sea views, Sunrise Paradise/Carlito´s Place offers accommodation with a private beach area and a patio, around less than 1 km from Pelican Beach.

Nice cabins directly in the beach. It’s a lovely carribean styled cabana setting. It’s not a luxury accomodation. It’s simple, charming and does its job. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly! We stayed even longer than planned.
And it’s nice that it’s ok the windier side of the island, so sleeping is not that hot!
The island and the.people were amazing. Within a very short time felt like home. Loved the beaches, the restaurants, the people, the activities. Highly recommend this location for adventuresome active people.. don't expect 4 or 5 star accommodations.

The problems you hear about Nicaragua aren’t a thing here.
The problems you hear about Nicaragua aren’t a thing here. It truly is an island paradise with lovely people. Wonderful that there are no cars or motorbikes. A little expensive because everything is imported, but overall a very special place.
