Lovely staff, delicious dinner, good breakfast. Besides a great pool there was a pond with fish the kids loved feeding. 2 nights stay was perfect. Though it seems a hotel booked by a lot of couples we felt perfectly at home as a family

Great staff! It's a family-run hotel and the two brothers that run it are very, very accommodating and helpful. We had a WIFI problem at first and one of the brothers came down and replaced the router. Breakfast was great. One of the brothers is the pastry chef and he makes great pastries! They were very helpful about giving us local information. It's not the most modern hotel, but rather has the feel of an old Spanish hacienda. We loved it. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again given the opportunity. It's a few blocks away from the noisy downtown area around the square, but easy walking distance in the daytime. They have good, covered parking if you have your own car, as we did. Great value for the price as well.

We enjoyed the visit to Piatelli vineyard, a long way there. The place is beautiful, the visit excellent with their bilingual guide.
It is rather expensive in my opinion for what it is, and if stopping for a meal afterwards that was gorgeous, but very expensive.
CAFAYATE Town is lovely and very safe, plenty of restaurants, best empanadas at The Hornitas, recommended by a local person.

the only reason to go to Cafayate is the scenery and the wineries. Dining is either OK or very expensive at the high scale wineries. A visit to the goat farm was very interesting and the cheese tasting was delicious

Staying at the bodega hotel (In my case, el Porvenir) is highly recommended! Also, you can enjoy great lunch or dinner at lots of bodegas (El esteco, Piattelli, etc.) Please stay at least one night there and enjoy each bodega's unique wines. A one-day trip from Salta is too short. Don't miss this beauty!

Stunning town, we absolutely loved it here.
Stunning town, we absolutely loved it here. We walked everywhere, i highly recommend eating at the bodegas. Our favorite bodegas were Piatelli and Nanni, Esteco was nice too but a bit too pricey. The scenery is something I would come back for alone.
Piatelli had amazing food and so did bodega Nanni. El Ranco is good for dinner too and it’s on the main square.

Small but cute town with lots of restaurants and shops for tourists.
Many wineries are within the city and all is at walking distance. The further wineries are only 4 min drives from town.
Very clean and with plenty of options for all budgets. Ideal for wine and food lovers.
Such a great hotel in Cafayate! There was a view of the beautiful pool and vineyards from the terrace, and from the front door a view of a pasture with horses. The room was comfortable and they provided wall plug-ins to repel mosquitoes (since you’re staying outside the city in a vineyard, mosquitoes are inevitable). Great breakfast and overall fantastic stay.
The hostel is cute, rooms situated around a courtyard with a vine and most importantly, a super cute terrier dog (who I think was called Fetch!). The room itself was pleasant but pretty basic but had good aircon and wifi worked well. Breakfast was nice, coffee, juice, medialunas and bread. There was free parking on the street outside the hotel most of the day.
Great hostel very close to the main square, a perfect base for exploring Cafayate and the wineries nearby. Our twin room was very small but fine for a few days. The beds were comfortable and the hostel bar was great for cheap, small dinners (fajitas and pizzas). Breakfast is very basic, as is common in Argentina, but fresh bread and nice jams.
The staff were very friendly.
They have a washing service.
The hotel is quiet and very clean.
There is free onsite parking.
We loved our stay. The only change would be to have more for breakfast like porridge and eggs. I can't eat sugary bread type things, so the bread, jam and sugar snacks/cereal weren't possible. Just fruit.
A boutique 3 star hotel with a charming guest lounge - both indoor and out. Guests have access to the fridge in the kitchen which was fantastic. There is a beautiful garden with pool and outdoor seating. The host is very friendly and extremely helpful

The hotel has a good location in the city centre. Markets, shops and restaurants are nearby.
We especially liked the atmosphere, and the nice courtyard with fireplace. Breakfast was very good, with many options.
The hotel is very cute, it has an inner court with a small pool. The staff were very friendly and our room had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was very central, close to the main square.
We booked Hotel Texas last minute and were very pleasantly surprised on arrival. The room was lovely and suited our needs. The pool was great and the staff were friendly. Beautiful views and very quiet.
The hotel is nice, with its pool and views on vineyards next door. Our room was clean, with a big comfortable bed. It is walking distance to everything in Cafayate. Breakfast was pretty good.
The family that runs the hotel are not only very accommodating, but they are extremely nice. Felisa messaged me a few times after I left to make sure I was okay on my trip.
The staff was quite friendly and the hotel is nice in all the environment. As it is in the ojutskirts of Cafayate you get to see the mountains surrounding the city at dawn.
A wonderful charming hotel within a wineyard. An old building, wonderfully restored and well equipped. The patios and gardens are gorgeous.
Friedly staff, good food.
The value/proposition was good. The hotel is clean, staff is pleasant, you are in a perfect location: right at the square of the city, breakfast is very fair.
